QuikTrip, Coppell TX

This QuikTrip is always on top of their stuff. Every time we go in there. Everything is working, I absolutely love love this location.

Great food, great drinks. If you get there in the morning you can meet the better looking successor to James Earl Jones. He's fantastic.

I posted this review yesterday after almost wasting an hour of my day I will not get back. I will post this again!
I was at this location yesterday! Toxic experience thanks to Chris & Erika!
I selected a bottle of water marked $1.09 got to checkout & girl said $1.59something. I said no that is wrong let me show you. Erika came over & started barking at me metaphorically speaking loudly how she was going to show me the price! I said I don't care what you will show me I will show you the price I will pay. I left then I came back in as I was frustrated with the Combative attitude of Erika. When I walked back in I witnessed Chris the manager & Erika talking with the girl who first rang up the water. I asked Erika if she was the manager she said yes. I then asked for her manager & she said he was on the phone. Chris came over and rudely inquired do you need help? I said no not if you don't care & if you don't want to help. Chris was so proud of himself for backing up Erika. This is ridiculous how I was treated over 50cents.the Audio & Visual on the store video will show I did not move the water even though I feel that Erika accused me of doing! Chris refused to give me his manager info. He gave me a number and I called and spoke with Trinity. Trinity explained it is not my responsibility as a customer to make sure items are in the correct place inside the store. Trinity was professional & seemed to care about Customer Retention! Thank you Trinity for caring. I am not sure why my original review was removed! I will keep posting this as this is wrong and your managers should not have such dismissive disdain for the paying customer!

Wrong on so many levels!

This is worst customer service experience I've ever had! Sunday Morning ALL white female crew is racist!

I just stopped in and grabbed some breakfast a breakfast Taco and a slice of sausage breakfast pizza. And there is a bite out of said pizza. This is Unacceptable.

Always a line but over half the people are just parked at pumps not even getting gas and management doesn’t do anything about it. Not worth the wait.

This gas station is not designed for big trucks. They park and take up several parking spot so cars cannot park.
Please fix the parking situation!
I enjoy the staff's energetic personality and smiles to start my day with a coffee and a custom made breakfast sandwich.

You get a one star for the parking issue

Soda fountain out of order but not tagged.
Cashier by himself with a counted 21 customers in line while other employees stood by and did nothing.
Store poorly stocked, including restroom.
While not rude employees displayed negative attitudes towards customers and job in general.

Store was cleaned, moderate crowded, cashier was nice and polite, fast at the time of helping everyone in line. Store was clean and organized.

Check the price they're charging you! They don't honor the price they advertise! Under the drinks says two for 5.50 you get to the counter it's 2 for 6.50. I mention it, and the guys too busy to do anything about it and just says well the sign must be wrong. What a joke.

Go somewhere else if you want to save money! This place intentionally rips you off.when you bring it to their attention they say get lost if you don't like it

Horrible customer service, served cold eggs then laughed at me when brought to their attention.

The floors are always nasty and the drink machine has standing water down soda and a drink Straw floating in it, it looks really nasty and disgusting. Manager and assistant manager you guys need to do better
