18This is the third time I've come this week for coffee and all empty. I asked the worker if this was normal for 12 noon and she said "I GUESS"! Great Customer Service QT!
The over night cashier isaha was very disgustingly rude.he was sighing and just all in all a bad mood I waited for my change that he threw at me and he laughed at me then told me to "get out of my store" I was so distraught with the way he acted I tossed the money back at him saying keep it.this guy is so rude and he was at the qt in boerne I had a huge argument with him there he is a mean person.he spues hate everywhere he go's
They had a deal if you buy a 12oz energy drink get a free donut. I bought 3 energy drinks and they did not have any donuts only donuts holes. They did not honor their deal. There cigarettes are also overly priced. Nearly $10 when you can go down the street and buy them for $2 less. Very disappointed at my last visit.
Went in to get some drinks, got one of the friendliest greetings ever from this place by an older gentleman named David. Mostly pleasant experiences at this location and the extra friendly greeting today was a nice way to start the day.

I didn't feel comfortable going into this store.first being ignored and then someone behind me got to check out before me. Then, I said nothing and he hopes my day gets better?
I've never had any problems in this store.but cashier tonight was strange.maybe obnoxious.
I’m giving 2 stars due to the regular staff always being so polite and friendly. However this morning I was so disappointed in the young man named Ivan who is at this store for the “first time” while the real manager is away on vacation. We politely informed him of the coffee being out, and we were met with snark” completely out? ” as if he couldn’t believe us. There was no thank you, how are you today. I was not even offered a receipt my transaction cleared he left my items on the counter and immediately began speaking to a team member. No engagement as we have grown so used to here. As I headed to work I was so disappointed in our experience that I decided to call to give some feedback to a manager. You can imagine how surprised I was to find this young man was acting manager. I was told that his higher manager was on vacation he didn’t know when he would be back and there was no one else that I could speak to so I was very direct in my feedback to him. He was very uninterested gave a weak apology about how he disregarded our comment because he had just filled the coffee an hour before that. There was no real interest in correcting the experience for us as someone who goes there every day I’m highly disappointed and won’t be returning. I certainly think that sometimes these managers forget that they were QTs all over San Antonio and there’s is not the only location that we can utilize. I have been in management for several years now and I can say that attitude and positive experiences have to start it with leader ship. It’s a shame when your attendants have better customer service and the person who’s in charge.
My family stops here daily and the staff I'd always fast, friendly, courtous and amazing. Store is always clean!
QT is my go to place always has been until today Ashley W, training a new employee on how NOT to give service apparently, ruined it for me. A little customer service goes a long way Ashley!
Went into this QT on 10/17/2021 got 2 XL drinks off the fountain and a frozen drink.
I filled the cup all the way with crushed ice then poured the sweet raspberry tea after getting home (ice almost half way melted) I noticed MOLD floating at the bottom of the cup.
I called the store to let them know the employee said the cup sleeve was open that's why it's moldy, then she said the tea was old, I asked to speak to the manager she refused and hung up, I called back the TRAINER ASHLEY refused to give me the girls name or let me talk to the manager refused to give me store number tried to give me the address instead of store number and hung up on me.
I called again and this time the male manager ANTHONY hung up.
Be cautious when getting a drink called corporate and made a complaint seeing as this is a FOODBORNE ISSUE and they didn't seem to care.
Always, 5 gold stars. Cleanliness 100%, shelves, well stocked, no wet floors, hot food to go is very tempting, yet delicious. Kristin, only one at register, amazing personality, beautiful smile, yet she was busy, store was full of customers. Krisyin, you're a great example, to other QT customers, even though you were busy, you acknowledged each & everyone of us. Outside, very clean, even trash.
Alexander J, handles the store like a pro and takes care of customers like no other gas station. Give that man a raise
Conveniently located for me.i hear the inside and food are good.i'll have to go in next time.oohhh.their Air pump, free; but no indicator and can't set pressure.so bring your own tire pressure gauge.update 30MAR21: the free air pump was broken for a week or so.then someone took the air hose tire nozzle valve thing off the end of the hose. QT replaced it and now it's functioning as expected.thank you QT!
If you don’t want to wear a mask I get it. But maybe don’t work in the kitchen if that’s the case. Everyone else but 1 male employee was wearing one. I used to come here BECAUSE you had a higher level of sanitation.
We've lived in San Antonio since 9/20, from Kansas City, Mo. Come every, EVERY, morning for my newspaper. Have made friends from your employees, which was needed! New quick trip clean parking lot great customer service employees had us in & out. Employees were following covid guidelines. Great gas pumps
Not a single employee wearing a mask, super gross. I won’t be going to Any QT anymore knowing you guys don’t enforce your employees to wear mask. You guys were the only ones who were doing well in their COVID precautions. I guess not anymore.
They got real stingy with the brisket in their brisket and egg tacos. Not worth the $3.50 they charge. They used to be good.
We were glad to see a Quick Trip being built here, and already it’s a superior option to the gas station across the street. Customer service here is quick and courteous. The few times I’ve stopped by it’s the same young man hustling his bum off to get the customer in and out. He may be the manager and if so he earned the spot. Clean, shelves fully stocked and just about everything you can think of in regards to snacks is here. Not sure how it’s such a small store front.
