QuikTrip, Forest Hill TX

We have always bought food from there after 8: 00 PM and now that we went at 7: 30 PM we ordered and it was ordered.and it took them a while to make them and when I asked they told me that they are no longer making them because the kitchen was closed until 6: 00 PM until the girl from there told her that yes, they were already made, in reality we were going to leave without buying anything

If u want something from that little tablet early then u always have to wait they can’t have nothing ready early in the morning

Review as a gas station since I haven't been inside. It's easily the most run down QT I've been to in the Fort Worth area, and this isn't even the "hood". Unfortunately I do come here quite often since its an easy off/on from 20 but more often unable to get gas here. Half the pumps are bagged off meaning they dont work and the store is aware of it. The other half of the pumps that you'd expect to work simply dont.or the "tap pay" pad looks like its been set on fire or the whole button/screen area looks like its been beat with a hammer.
I come here every 3 days or so, and it appears that nothing gets fixed here. All the bagged off pumps are still broken and the ones that do work are barely functional.

Absolutely NO unsweetened tea! Every flavor including plain was empty. I won't be back.

Really bad customer service, the lady doing the sandwiches act like she own the place. She said I paid for a thin line of guacamole and if I wanted more I have to pay more and left me without any other explanation! First she started complaining out loud at the fact that I added all vegetables in a half sandwich. The screen don’t have any limits to how it can be added first of all. Then she turns around and ask if I really wanted to add all vegetables and replies that she will and only add one of each. When I go back to her she replies since I wanted all vegetables the guacamole can not be seeing.
She just have bad attitude and might want to look for another job because obviously don’t have what it takes for customer service

I have nothing bad to say about the store and its goods. But I do have a complaint about the restroom. They need to keep the restrooms cleaner and more stocked. I have noticed one at least 5 occasions there is a need for more attention in to the restrooms. And also PLEASE clearly mark the handicap stall as just that, for Handicap folks, breastfeeding/young moms, or the elderly only! Earlier this past week I tried to use the restroom and could not because a young woman whom was not handicap was in that stall just hanging out there talking to the young woman in next stall for over 15 minutes before I decided to leave. I know she was not handicap because I watched her go in there. Both women were in their 20's and very healthy. How disrespectful is it to take up all that time even after you are done with your "business" to just sit in the stall talking to your friend or family member? I was a paying customer whom truly had a need and am permanently disabled and can not use the other stalls. This has happened more than once.

I usually go to this qt often and all the cashiers are extremely friendly except a lady named Edith! She always discriminates against people of color. This is not something that should be taken lightly. A Hispanic man was in front of me and Edith would not sell a coffee to him because he was “dirty” but clearly he was a construction worker and this is not the first time she’s harassed customers. She talks to her employees in such a threatening tone, poor kids! Qt is this the type of employee you hire?

Don't purchase those burritos especially the brisket egg and cheese they ripping people off.hardly no brisket inside those burritos only egg and cheese and they charge 399. For some that costs them 30 cent to make so other word they ripping off there customers.

The cashier was very rude she was eating, and she didn’t say 1 word to me. The food that I ordered was not done all the way it’s very cold in the middle…I’m recooking it at home.
