Gas Station QuikTrip reviews
7I had a really BAD experience at QT Allen on Bethany. I was trying to purchase a hot dog.not even manager has a toppings for it, he refused to sell me a bottle of brisk tea that was a part of special.he insisted that jalapeno cheddar hot dog is not a part of the deal. It's a clearly a violation. The promotion add at the store said if you purchase a hot dog, the brisk tea comes with a deal and they both cost $1.99. The person at the register, introduced himself as a manager, refused to sell me a drink as a part of special! False advertisement or racial discrimination?
Please teach your employees how to make the frozen drinks! Iced is not the same thing as frozen. A frapaccino is a frozen blended drink. A cold brew is poured over ice. It’s not that hard.
This QT has the cleanest restroom I have ever seen in a QT not Bucees but still felt comfortable in the cleanliness
Well kept gas and convenience store. Friendly staff. Good to see the store looking new and clean.
Not much better than the racetrac across the street. QT built a gas station to facilitate 20 plus vehicles refueling but cans up short in the restroom facilities with only 2 toilets. At least it didn't smell as bad as the Racetrac so it got 3 stars for minimal effort.
Very dissatisfied with their customer service a gentlemen in the register had a line and called a girl named CASSEY to help out while she was sitting down talking to another coworker, I wasn’t greeted right or told my total, didn’t even ask if I wanted a receipt or anything very disappointed in her attitude…….
I ordered and paid for a sandwich on my mobile app, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told the kitchen was closed due to limited staffing. But the manager, Sean, apologized for the inconvenience and made the sandwich himself. He even offered a couple of fountain sodas and an extra sandwich for free, and apologized again for the troubles. It may not be a big deal to some, but the customer service was greatly appreciated, especially since the chaos of this pandemic, (at which the customer service level has gone down the drain). So, a BIG thank you to Sean for making this visit pleasant and reminding me that there are still people around who care.
