Quitman Dairy Queen

The food is either disgusting, cold, or not enough food for the price they charge OR all three. The only thing worth eating there is the ice cream and even then the ice cream cones are made lop-sided so the ice cream just slides right off the cone and on to your hand, lap, etc. The quality of the food, service, management, ownership has went way down. I've been going to this Dairy Queen for 40 years and seen it go through multiple remodels, and owners but I have to say, the last two owners have been the worst.

The service was bad. The girl at the counter stopped helped another girl that didn't know what she was doing. People left because they could not get waited on.

Was looking for some napkins in the dining room and there aren't any. The people behind the counter give you some but I thought it was weird you have to ask for napkins in a place where people buy food. There should be napkins at the table or by the drink machine.

The young man that took my order was exceptionally customer service oriented!

Its been many many (10+) years since i had food at a dairy queen anywhere. But we decided to try it out here in quitman. I was very pleased with the burger. The lettuce was crisp and clean, the tomato was fresh as well and that is the first thing that struck me when i unwrapped it was how clean and fresh (like a picture) it looked. Then it tasted great too, very fresh tasting. The staff was also very friendly and their large dip cone, wow so huge. I am a diabetic and i had to save half for the next day. I will eat there again. Great job folks, the little stuff you do matters, so keep up with the fresh veggies and clean great tasting burger, ill have another. GOD Bless!

Service is very slow, even thought I was the only car in the line, it took them 15 minutes to complete 1 meal Order. If I ever go there I pick up just ice cream.

20 minutes in the drive through and counting. Quick service is NOT a priority at this location

There was 6 of us we had a good time. Able to sit an talk enjoy each other and not rushed.

Jacob was an awesome employee and greeted me with kindness! The food came out hot and ready and was very delicious. The atmosphere was beyond amazing there was an outside dining area and an inside dining area if you wanted to stay cool. There was also soft music playing Just for entertainment. I love the fact that each employee had a station and took care of every station no table was dirty, no tray was unclean, and the floors were very well maintained, and not to mention the menu was superb! Great job Quitman Dairy Queen! Oh yeah by the way I had crunchy tacos.

My son and I went in for a blizzard and a cone after he was given a voucher for a free cone from school as a reward for his achievements. The food was great however the customer service could definitely be better.
My son has long hair, the older woman working the register mistook him for a girl, which would be fine had she just moved on with our order after instead of doubling down. Instead she made a point to ask him to turn around and then says "see im sorry it's not my fault, you have long hair and you look like a girl too, my mistake". When my son (whom is 7) corrected her saying he was a boy, she could have easily just said 'whoops! My bad' and moved on with the transaction, but her need to double down on WHY she made her assumption, just making my sweet boy feel worse, was absolutely not needed. I took him in for a treat as a reward, but we left with him feeling uncomfortable and self-conscious. I am purposely not naming names in this review, however I do hope you learned something from our encounter and you do better in the future instead of making assumptions.

Ordered tacos to go.meat was greasy and very little taco taste. Not the best dairy Queen I've had at other locations

Absolutely the worst Hot Fudge malt from a Dairy queen. No malt, not enough hot fudge to even make it remotely taste chocolaty.

Fast enough nice people and it's one of the very few places in town that has edible food.
