I had our new system Installed back in July right in the middle of the heat wave we had! It was awesome to say the least. Had my first PM check today just to make sure everything is working properly, which it is. The tech Brandon, fine young man, did a very thorough inspection and made me sure all was good. So glad I went with R-10 HVAC.

Thanks all of you at (R'10 HVAC and AC Repair Fort Worth TX), for resolving the issues we were having getting the new LP Gas Heater System made by Miller up and running for our Modular Home, so far it's doing great. I also would like too Thank, The Staff Secretary for answering my calls and getting with the Manager, and his Team Members resolving all the issues. I give all of you a 10 rating. I will be using you again when I'm ready for a Self-Contained
3-1/2 or 4 Ton AC System. Again Thank you so much Looks Like were ready for Winter.

Brandon Hiesler that serviced our heat pump system. The most professional knowledgeable & likable service technician we have ever had. Brandon quoted a fair price. Was here on the job right on time. Completed the work in the time he quoted & made sure he left the work area spotless. We signed an annual maintenance agreement with R-10 heat & air & would highly recommend them.

Brandon was my Tech. He arrived on time and told me exactly what he was going to do. He that I was comfortable and had no questions before he began his work. I had requested that they clean my air ducts, drier vent and the outside unit. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and I'm pleased with the results.

Jerry Gomez was a onsite tech and he is very knowledgeable about HVAC. He resolved my problem for less than $400.while a competing company insisted I needed a new unit for $12 - $15,000. I will be using R10 going forward.

R10 is the best. Very professional and work very clean and a great group of guys! They replaced a new air conditioner very pleased with the A/C, the service and anything that I asked of them was done in a very timely response! You’ll be very satisfied with this company!

I would like to acknowledge the great customer service that I received from R10 helping us getting our AC repaired. Everyone from the office to the techs were very great to work with for their compassion and willingness to go above and beyond. Their customer service was exceptional and one of the best I have ever received. I want to express my gratitude to Aurora and Brittany for the excellent communication and keeping constantly updated with Calls, Text, and VM. The Techs Jelani and Jeremiah who worked extremely hard to help get my AC back up after two weeks for being without one. Jelani who was the tech assigned exemplified outstanding customer service with a great attitude and even came to check after hours. Jeremiah took the time to explain how they were able to figure out a way to help get the part and when it was delayed. They even provided window units for free to try and help keep us comfortable. I went for their ac tune package. The guy came and hose the outside unit down.i asked him some technical questions he had 0 knowledge.i asked why my air handler unit in bathroom is dripping too much, then he realized he forgot to clean the drain pan for the inside unit which he charge me $150 extra to clean it which was like 2 min job.he left a big mess in my bathroom and left the pvc to drain untied. I do not recommend this to anyone.i paid 200 for this low standard service which anyone can do at their home watching YouTube videos.pathetic.

Had this company come to check out my air conditioner unit. They fixed me up, the young man technician was very friendly and helpful.

My AC has been off for several months and this company took over from the old company that andstalled the AC where we couldn't get ahold of the old company this company contacted and within the hour they came out in service to and repaired my AC

Knowledgeable and friendly, but very high priced. Be sure to shop around. The cheapest initial option they offered was twice as much as the 5.0 star company that I went with. They have also changed their company name recently from Temperature Pro, and many of their recent reviews are from restricted accounts with few reviews. Seems fishy.

Very considerate service man, and he found and fixed the problem, fix and replace air ducts.checked the tune ups for new air conditioning units, replaced the capacitor and gone in an hour.very cool.
