This was my first visit at this location everyone was very polite and very friendly. My appointment was at 2: 00 pm, I was called at 2: 03 pm and put in an exam room. Dr. Mohr came in not long after and spoke with me then, Jose came to speak with me, he was supportive and reassured me that everything is going to work out.

The only complaint I have is the waiting time. I know that's a very difficult solution. Maybe just a check-in from a nurse or something that they still know you're in a room. Everything else was amazing! All the employees were kind and friendly. I'm typically very very nervous and anxious around male doctors for the first time but Dr. Mohr made me feel comfortable and allowed me to audio record what he was saying so I could listen back later. I'm thankful for the kindness of everyone!

I am doing wonderful after 5-mos working with Dr Mohr and his staff. I'm still working hard at PT and am pain free. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the neck fusion I had done with Dr Mohr. He and all his staff were friendly, professional and thorough. His office is easy to access and polite. Special thanks to Monica who saw me each day in the hospital.

I just got home from my Lumbar fusion performed by Dr. Mohr and his team. You won't find a more caring, professional group for your orthopedic spine surgery. While every situation is unique, I have complete faith and confidence that I received the very best treatment that could be had. As is typical with back pain/injuries, they referred me to the pain management doctor in their group for physical therapy, various injections and more conservative treatment before finally performing an invasive operation. Time will tell how this ultimately plays out, but I know Dr. Mohr, Stephen, Monica and Jose will be there for me every step of the way.

Absolute amazing experience with this office! My husband is in extreme pain and they were so accommodating and thorough with his plan. Everyone we met was informed and comforting and I highly recommend this office and Dr. Mohr!

Dr. Mohr and his entire staff gave me hope today. Hope that I haven't had in at least 6 years. Everyone was so nice and professional. Both of Dr. Mohr's assistants were understanding and compassionate. They went over my MRI with me in exceptional detail, it was amazing. Dr. Mohr was kind and funny and made me feel at ease. I've never been given so much information on my own health and choices before by any doctor or their staff. I finally feel like things are moving forward and I'm no longer struggling, stuck behind a concrete wall.

It was a nightmare. Saw the dr for 2 minutes he said nothing and gave me no orders for testing Dont go there

Dr Mohr and his team are excellent! They genuinely care and will take as much time with you as necessary for you to ask all your questions or have things explained. I felt I was in superior hands when I had my surgery and I am happily pain free now! My care was top notch.

Went to Dr. Mohr’s office due to a severe herniated disk in my lower back. Him and his staff were amazing at helping me get my issues resolved. They truly made my experience amazing and I am truly grateful to all of them. Such an amazing Doctor & team at this practice! I’m 100% better now compared to my first visit!

Dr Mohr and his staff provided the most compassionate, thorough, and effective care I've ever experienced. I will strongly recommend them for all of my family and friends.

I have scheduled an appointment with Dr. Mohr for neck and shoulder pain.
Here's my experience at this office.

1. Nurse Practitioner showed up instead of Dr. Mohr. No prior information about this.
2. The NP was good, but I felt the visit was incomplete without seeing the doctor that we scheduled for.
3. After checking out, they said that the prescription will be sent to the pharmacy in two hours, but they didn't send until next day. I have also mentioned to the NP that I have severe pain and I need the prescription ASAP.
4. They are supposed to give me an update and schedule the Physiotherapy sessions but no update yet.
5. I have requested a letter from the doctor's office to cancel my Chiropractic session as they recommended to do Physiotherapy. The NP agreed to send me the letter, but I have not received it as of now even after making several calls. I have submitted a request in the patient portal as well.
6. I have asked the X-Ray reports when I checked out and they said the reports are available in the patient portal, but they are not in there yet.

Very poor communication with the patient from their office. I have called them almost 10-15 times in three days and I was not able to reach anyone at his office and it was always reaching their voicemail when the front desk transfer to his office. Finally, someone returned my call once and said they missed sending the prescription and sent it in few hours. Again, I kept calling to reach someone at his office to find out about the letter and Physiotherapy but no response.

I understand that the doctors and assistants are busy treating patients all day but there must be someone who can address the patient concerns and they should do better with the administrative staff.
