RA AUTO GROUP, El Paso TX

To late to advise anyone not to visit this establishment, by now most are aware Alexander Chavira owner RA auto group was selling cars without the titles to Myself included. Same as the other comment, I filed a complaint texas dept of motor vehicles they told me the dealer had gone out of trust and to seek an attorney since there was a lien put on the car after I had purchased while I was waiting for the title. If you ask me these are deceptive business practices and fraud specially that I'm under the understanding this was done to multiple people as stated the tx dpt of motor vehicles. These people should not be allowed to defraud people of their hard earned money. His employee who knowingly helped him and knowingly knew and did the paperwork for him should also be sued as well as they where complicit in the fraud. If there is anybody out there who has purchased a vehicle for ra auto group and was defrauded please contact you dpt of motor vehicles and file a complaint. And seek an attorney. Please help spread the word and help bring justice to those who where victims of Alexander Chavira and RA Auto group and those who where complicit with him.

If you happen to come upon this dealership! RUN! For your sanity RUN! I bought a car last July 2022, didn’t receive my title that I was told would go to my bank within 30 days, it was not until my monthly payments went up with the bank I realized they never received the title. Called for weeks trying to get the title! No luck only to find out they declared bankruptcy! I had to title the vehicle for my self which cost me almost 2g! Keep in mind that they cashed my cheque and charged me all these fees for registration, title etc and still didn’t provide the title! I made a complaint yo the Texas dmv consumer office, nothing came out of it. Their floor planner had to come and take all their vehicles off the lot because they owed them! I’m planning to sue this establishment as soon as I’m back on my feet for all the money I spent! Don’t let them fool you with their great prices it’s comes at a cost! Real buyer right here! Would give half a star if I could, talked to sales person was in the process of getting my trade ins appraised. Salesman sold car never advised me nor ever wrote me back. I had to message them and ask details really disappointed. Seems like a good company hopefully will try again later down the road.
