They’re frozen Fanta machines are always not working why is that? Why have them and then them not work or be out of product it’s very frustrating

I had a terrible experience there today with one of their staff, a young man working at the register. Very rude, and unprofessional, rolling his eyes and told me they didn't have what I was asking for while it was right there in front of my eyes. Too lazy to be bothered to turn around and find it.

Due to a tear in the line of the tire pump it will just deflate your tire further. Went from a semi flat tire to completely flat. Made the mistake of not checking the line before use so that is on me. If it wasn't for that I have always had a good experience at this location. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. My wife and I typically stop here on the way to work.

Gene is the best every morning I stop for my morning drink he always has the customer service! Definitely my new new morning stop!

I got bad gas at this location on Oct 8. Had to had my tank cleaned out and fuel system cleaned. 9% ethanol in the gas.

The floors were filthy and majorly needed at least a sweeping up. The dirt grit under my boots could be heard and felt. Very annoying! Ironically the had a sign up that read caution wet floor. However there was no wet floor only trash and dirty spots. Behind the counter two lazy females merely sitting and chatting it up as if there wad nothing fir them to do. The women's bathroom toilets were also in need of a good scrubbing. I felt like i walked into a Racetrac down in the hood of Dallas. Only difference is age of the building and expectations. You expect those kind of things in east Dallas not Frisco. Their store manager is either careless or way to relaxed on his expectations of the store.

Why is it that this locations trash cans out by the pumps are always full and trash is all over the parking lot, in addition to no so impressive costumer service

I usually stop at racetrac because of the customer service. Always helpful and happy workers. Not this racetrac, I walk in with my cup to get a refill. The associate was going to charge me for a regular drink and I told her it was a refill and she rolled her eyes like it was a big deal. Bad customer service. Will try to avoid this location.

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is super clean, and not just for a gas station. The Slurpees (or whatever they call them) are delicious, and their frozen yogurt section is packed with great toppings and flavors.

Also, they have boiled peanuts, which is a favorite in this house!

Oh I love this Racetrac! One of the more clean ones I've seen. They always have their roller grill fully stocked which I LOVE since I love their tamales! It's conveniently located next to a business I frequent monthly and I always stop here for some tamales and a soda!

Frequent freebies through their loyalty program, and love Sodapalooza promotion (unlimited drink refills when you purchase the cup) during the summer.

Had the lowest gas in the area for the first month of opening the location. Very good service, fresh foods, much better than the 7/11 across the street!
