I just went in to pay for gas I checked the balance on my card It was $15. I go in I say what $15 on pump 10 to a young rude teenager worker.and The credit card screen looks weird. I'm almost 50 and I've done this quite a few times I have never seen a screen look like this? It says I still owe a $1.50 I say What is this? He said your balance is 13 dollars I've never had a problem with this card I've had it for over 10 years. I tell him that's weird run it for 13 the worker says it's declined? I tell him I had money on my card in the parking lot and walking over here I have nothing The manager was standing right there and she says sorry they declined your card? I said you stole my child support. I said you need to look at it again. She called me a liar She said we didn't steal anything and to leave her store!? I said I will stand here and call my bank and show you that you've made two transactions. Because again I just had money in the parking lot. She gets on the computer She says declined, declined, declined Oh wait here's a transaction for $13: 05? And $1: 95 Are you on pump 10? And I say yes but I didn't have a transaction for $1305 I had a transaction for $15 And then $13 so where do you get $1305? And $195? I didn't get an apology I was told go get your gas for $1305 on pump 10 and they stole a $1.95? I suppose that's not a lot of money to you all but that was the last bit of money that I had in my account. And everybody in the store was laughing at mewhich was horribly embarrassing. How can you make such a mistake and not apologize? I will be calling someone in charge on Monday. Because if they could do it to me they could do it to you. Imagine if I had just walked out as they saiid too. How many people have they done this to? Train your workers better! This is not acceptable behavior this is beyond wrong and cruel! Only because I raised a fit about it because I had to.it was the only money that I had to get gas and I was completely out of gas was I able to get it semi resolved? I just can't believe they didn't apologize. What an unbelievable strange situation. With no explanation.and I still lost money? What is wrong with people?

Doughnut say you open 24 hours and we make a drive to the gas station. Then after that we find the clothes has employed inside. This is sucks.

RaceTrac employees are by far the best people I've come across. I locked my keys in the car and they helped me out so much They let me use the telephone and having friendly conversation. Kudos to Bethany, she's a beautiful person, so very professional. Thank you to all y'all.

Tatiana was overly helpful and super friendly! Enough to make me want to take the time to thank her! She makes the store worth coming back to!
