I had the pleasure of speaking at length with Jay and the other fellow working there (I'm so sorry I already spaced the name!)

I learned quite a bit and they were very professional in balancing my questions with helping other customers that came through with quicker transactions. I left with a base purchase that I fully intend to come back and build on soon!

From what I saw, I highly recommend them for both entry into sports racks as well as follow up for accessorizing and repairs/maintenance.

Great customer service. We came to ask questions and to gather info/ideas. We were impressed with the friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff that took time to guide us through our options. We purchased a basket and they had in shipped and ready to install in 2/3 days. Great guys!

This was the first time I installed crossbars and a cargo rack on my car and I could not have made a better choice by going to Rack Attack. They made sure my crossbars were the right size and installed properly. They allowed me to ask questions about how to best utilize them and the cargo rack. Great customer service! I will definitely be back to install a tow hitch.

These guys were very helpful throughout the process. They communicated well, following up with phone calls to let me know about status of parts they were transferring for my install. On day of installation, Jay took a lot of time to show me options, explain all the pros and cons and was super focused on making sure the installation was done in a way to make use of the bike racks hassle free and went over the operation of everything. These guys are all very customer focused, excellent experience, highly recommend.

Wow—great selection of gear, but also super knowledgeable and friendly staff. We brought in a Thule Uplift rack that we couldn’t quite fit on our factory Dodge Durango crossbars and a staff member showed us a different clamp setting, flipped around a rack for us, and installed it on the spot. We’ll definitely be back here.

I was overwhelmed by the rack options for my new Jeep Wrangler. The staff at Rack Attack took the time to show me the basic options and their pros and cons. They were courteous, professional and efficient. They carry top merchandise. And of course they also will assemble and put on the rack for you, usually immediately or same day. I highly recommend their service! They saved me days of internet research and worries about what will fit and won’t. I left happy and relieved.

So excited to have a fabulous Yakima Grand Tour 16 Cargo Box purchased and installed by the professional staff! They even thought to let me know that I would benefit from a Moki Door Step when loading and unloading the Cargo Box! I was worried about where we would put everything on our road to Snow Ski. Problem solved!

These guys know their stuff. They were able to help me with a tricky bike rack fitting and kept coming outside to try things out even though it was very cold and rainy.

Needed some roof rails in a pinch after I bought “universal” rails and waited too long to try them on. Nobody has all the pieces I needed, especially the fit kit for my vehicle. But when I called Rack Attack, their friendly staff found one full kit and kindly held it for me so I could get my roof setup done before my big trip. I will come back for future needs and have already recommended Rack Attack to my friends.

I love this place! Took my Nissan Rogue in to have a hitch, hitch lock and basket, which was in a box, put onto my car. Made an appointment, arrived and a couple hours later, viola, all done. And the price for all was very reasonable. So personable and professional. Had a great waiting area. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
