Ashley gave me the most wonderful facial experience. I had a diamond facial, my skin feels and looks plump and hydrated.

First, the staff is amazing! My appointment was booked incorrectly and they still were able to fit me in. The practitioners are very personable and kind.

However, I'm pretty disappointed in my service. I've been getting the same number of units of Botox for a long time in my forehead. This was the first time I've ever had bruising. I had two large bruises, one in the middle of my forehead that lasted for a week. The main reason I get botox is to lift my brows in order to have symmetry. It's been 2 weeks and my brows haven't raised at all. I've never had this issue happen either. I used their $99 special and maybe that was my mistake!
20 units at $99 + 10 units @ 12.00 per unit still feels like a waste of money

I was a loyal customer at Radiance for years, specifically for HydraFacials. However, after purchasing 3 sessions of Microneedling with Radiofrequency, I won't be returning. The treatments were excruciatingly painful, leading to panic attacks before each session. Unfortunately, I experienced significant volume loss in my face and cheeks, which I later learned can be caused by overly high RF settings, and it is my assumption that perhaps the technicians were not properly trained on settings for different skin types. When I discussed my concerns with the owner, Lauren, she dismissed them and denied responsibility. The before photos were taken under normal overhead lighting, and the after's were taken with a ring light, altering the image results - it was extremely deceptive and dishonest. There was no offer of assistance or treatment options to address the issue. I'm heartbroken by the painful experience, the results, the wasted time and money and the lack of accountability from Radiance.

Jessica is the best. She cuts my son and, does an amazing job!

UPDATE. I used to get my hair cut her. Jessica is still great. My wife got all kinds of services here. However, I would not sign a cancelation policy that they required. Keep in mind that my haircuts were 40 dollars. The Cancelation policy was 100 dollars. I asked to make a 40 dollar policy, and I would sign it. They said I could no longer come back. So they lost my 40 dollar haicut a month and my wife's 500 dollar budget for all her things. Hope the owner reads this and realizes the manager needs an adjustment.

If you need great hair, Bri is your girl! I have been going to her for at least 10 years. She gives personalized service and will recommend what color will compliment you if needing direction. My hair looks and feels amazing each time I visit!

Holli and Monica are amazing for botox and injectibles, highly recommend!

And all estheticians are amazing too! I love seeing Kristen, Heidi and Helena.

And you can't forget Val - she gives the best massages! I leave there relaxed and can feel the benefits for days.

Caitlyn did my hair, she put in highlights and lowlights and styled my hair. She was so awesome, she explained everything she was doing, and did it so well. She truly is a

Typically I do not like to leave negative reviews. I am new to TX and reached out to Radiance to try their $99 new client Botox special and had my 11 lines done on my forehead. Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. As far as the Botox - I barely saw any results! I called Radiance, sent text messages and even pictures after only 6 weeks! They responded and said a technician will contact me. 2 weeks later…still no communication from them! I am in my 50’s and have NEVER had Botox results as disappointing as this!

Holli is the absolute best in aesthetics! I would never go anywhere else! She’s so knowledgeable in facial balance and can tweak something you had no idea was even possible! I look youthful and fresh!

I experienced a Diamond Glow Facial. Ashley was amazing. I was greeted not only by the front desk staff, but shortly by Ashley with a warm, friendly smile. My service was excellent, relaxing and respectful. Will go again soon.

I did three BBL treatments with Ashly to correct both reds and browns in my skin. Although the treatment is not what I would call comfortable, she made it fast and upbeat experience and kept me educated throughout the process. I'm very happy with my results. Just look at this! Bri always does an amazing job coloring my gray roots. She does the highlights in a way that when my gray comes back it blends better.
