Radiant honored the warranty from work done earlier and took care of replacing the failed coupling for no additional cost.

Moving into a home and had a visit to have a water heater and softener installed. The technician was great, completely professional, and addressed all concerns. All the work was completed same day, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was in working order, and walked me through all the work that was done.

After having been in the home for awhile and more opportunity to comparison shop, I will say they are pretty high on their prices. I did have a bit of a hard time comparing because the estimates and receipts they give are not itemized at all. So it makes it hard to compare apples to apples. What made me start to look into prices, was a maintenance visit I had where the plumber came in recommending to my wife some very easy do it yourself items of faucet cartridges and supply hoses for over $1200 worth of work. I bought the parts alone for about $250 and it took me an hour around the house. I get that some people may not be handy, but honestly if the quote was reasonable, I would’ve saved myself the hassle of doing it. I also had times where maintenance visits and/or salt delivery was missed or skipped entirely.

Radiant does good work and I haven’t had any issues with what they have done, but I would definitely shop around a bit and get quotes for work before taking the plunge.

Bryon with radiant plumbing and air conditioning was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve used Radiant Plumbing and Air conditioning several times and they have always been professional, on time, and have always went the extra mile to make sure the issue was fixed. I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

Preston was our service tech and was amazing in all regards! Timely, professional, polite, fixed all issues! We have had him before (separate unrelated issue) and he and everyone at Radiant was amazing then too. We are lifers with this company.

Quick response time, had someone to the house within a few hours, showed up when they said they would. Our service tech Zak was professional and polite, answered all our questions and was able to complete all the work very efficiently. Great experience

My wife and I cam back from a week long vacation to find our water heater was leaking. We called Radiant and they had a technician come out the same day. Texas had just had a massive winter storm so most companies had a month long wait. Zachery our technician came out and inspected our water tank informing us of the bad news. Knowing we were without hot water he made sure we were the first house on the docket two days later. We have an older house so he even took the time to inspect some of the older pipes in our house and give us recommendations on how to fix them. If we ever need to have any additional issues fixed in the future we will be specifically asking for Zachery since we were so pleased with is service.

Wow, absolutely incredible service! We worked with Byron and Cory, both very knowledgeable, kind, and transparent about costs and options. They both asked us several times if we had any questions and made it clear that their main goal was our comfort. Byron was respectful of our space and walked us through everything he found during the inspection. Once we decided to replace our unit, Cory visited us the next day to discuss the purchase and fine-tuned options to fit exactly what we needed. The install of our new unit was scheduled within only a few days of our first call!

Radiant has earned our loyalty and we will never work with any other HVAC/Plumbing company ️

Don’t understand why a $178. Fee for a band aid fix. How do i know what the part cost or his time i would like that broken down on my invoice. Might need to finance a new system completely, would like details on that

I’ve never had anything but good experiences with Radiant plumbing. On top of that, Marcel is awesome, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I very much appreciate his help and am glad Radiant has employees like this.

Radiant came out the next morning after contacting them regarding my AC and Heater issues. Eric was prompt and professional. He had a great attitude and spent time explaining his diagnosis and recommended services. Overall it was a the best I could hope for given the issue with the HVAC.

I wish there was a 6th star up there because Ray and Sam ROCKED! Fast, friendly and just GOOD! He and Kyle were GREAT with our dogs (they jump aLOT!) and found the problem and solution in no time!

My family arrived home after a long trip to find a leak in our shower. Andrew inspected the shower and quickly identified the issue. He went above and beyond to address a maintenance issue with our water heater as well. Everything was done well and promptly. Pricing is high but you get the service and quality you expect. I’m glad to have had Andrew solve our plumbing problems.

Andrew Ross did a great job replacing the shower carriage in our master bath. He was punctual and polite and cleaned up after he was done. I would definitely call him again!
