3Received a bill from them and I've never, ever been to see them or any other medical offices on the dates specified in the bill. Seems like they're doing scams on the side. I haven't been to the doctor in years.
They expect you to pay your bill but they never answer the phone to help you with that
Received a call asking me to pay a bill that was supposed to have gone through insurance.when I expressed my frustration that it shouldn't be my job to handle insurance as it was given to the place treatment was received at, the woman on the phone told me "you don't need to yell at me" (I wasn't yelling) and would not let me speak to tell her I was looking for my insurance card. I had to hang up because she would not let me speak, and when I call back I get hung up on.this business outsources so I cannot get a hold of the correct people as the local office said "we don't deal with insurance here". All over $39.ridiculous.
