Got stuck here because of a missed airline connection. There is no restaurant. No breakfast. Nothing. Terrible location. Avoid.

The worst hotel I have ever been in, it smells old and dirty. The reception service is terrible, not very friendly. There isn't service breakfast in. The restaurant has little variety and everything is expensive. Horrible experience.

Room is decent. Service needs work since there isn't a lot of personnel available. Location is about 8 miles from the airport so it is not the closest you can get.

Danger! There are only 4 shuttles to the airport in the morning. Then again at 7 p.m. If the shuttle is full, you're out of luck and wait an hour. Or you can order a taxi.

Very badly done by the hotel, as the purpose of this hotel apparently only serves to accommodate passengers.

Well, what is happening in the budget motel world by airports? Basic US standards are not being met. We are 60 hours in, 2nd overnight delay, so I’m a bit jaded. Waited 40 minutes for shuttle, arrived to nice room, but toilet paper roll was totally empty…. Which is just odd in a cleaned room. Photos showed bar & nice menu on the wall…which is actually just decoration for some weird front, as there was zero alcohol and only old, worn menus with 4 options… salad was good, but burger was scary. Staff seemed to be void of any energy & part of some weird twilight reality…true crime show played constantly on big screen in lobby, morning & night. Awesome water pressure in shower, comfortable bed, and a balcony, so not terrible…just really, really weird and lacking in the service field. Learned that hotel voucher one receives is directly correlated to price of plane ticket, AND that we can be reimbursed up to $200 if we book our choice of hotel when delayed overnight for reasons other than weather! Will skip voucher in future, especially if I buy a basic economy ticket!

The Hotel is OK. Could need some love. The staff was friendly. We only stayed there because of a mishap from the airline.

Placed here because of United Airlines airplane problem (tow bar broke). This hotel did not live up to the moniker of “Premium hotel. ” In our first room the bathtub faucet leaked and there was an overpowering smell of febreeze. Luckily the windows opened! Our Second room had no leaks but the toilet was not functioning properly. The fire alarm in the hall beeped every 30 seconds like it needed a new battery. I called the front desk but they were not able to stop it beeping. All night. We were so tired we were able to sleep anyway. Elevator was scary. Food was so scary we went elsewhere. Walked along a freeway to a Popeyes. It was that or McDonald’s. Few restaurants within walking distance. Went to use the restroom on main floor. No toilet paper and puke filling the sink. Swimming pool and gym closed permanently apparently. Went to check out and there was a lady sitting about 30 feet from front desk who called out to us to leave our key on the desk. She was watching cartoons on her laptop and didn’t want to be interrupted. When we pulled away in the shuttle, we noticed a car in the parking lot that had had all of its wheels stolen the night before. Driver went in to report this to the clerk who was watching cartoons still. I’m not sure whether we will return to this hotel in particular next time. I’ll have to think about it. I wish I hadn’t chosen the “premium” hotel but the other two choices United Airlines gave looked worse. I might have been better off sleeping the night at the airport on a bench. At least there would be better food selection and cleaner restrooms. Did not give a good first impression of Houston.

A dumping ground for lost United Air travellers. Tiny bugs on the sink and counter. The sheets smelled strongly of bleach (I suppose that might be a positive) and the elevator and hallway were so dirty. Disappointing for the Radisson brand. Thank God I didn’t actually pay for it but after missing our flight because of connection delays caused by United this was poor compensation.

Don’t book this from your voucher or stay here. It smells the moment you walk in and the room smells like mold. Also no one told us about the shuttle, it displays in the website they do but don’t be fooled. THEY DONT. Our flight was at 2 but there was no shuttle to take us to the airport. When we checked in there was no information at all. Also there is no Breakfast or coffee or anything. Worst place don’t book here.

I give this hotel Zero stars. It's by far the creepiest hotel I've been to. United airlines gave us a night here after we missed our connexion flight. We were so tired that we didn't read the reviews before choosing this hotel and we also just trusted the Radisson name. Well, it's really nothing like a Radisson. It's filthy and smells so strong (mold and old). There was strange fluids on the bathroom walls and a big red stain on the room carpet. The elevator was scary and the ice maker do dirty and strange looking. The "restaurant" is a rip off. Expensive and gross.
We heard and saw a strange presense in our rooms. Our 10 year old kept waking up screaming and he always sleeps so good. As soon as the first shuttle (5: 30 am) came, we took it to the airport even if our flight wasn't until 4pm.
I highly suggest going elsewhere!

Today I tried to pick up an out of town coworker for lunch that was staying there, and the woman at the front desk wouldn’t let me go past the front desk because I didn’t know the room # they are staying in. Very unwelcoming. I ended up going to sit in the car while I waited for my business associate.

My company uses this hotel often for coworkers that are in town for meetings, and I think it’s time we look elsewhere. Maybe the Hyatt Regency down the street.

I selected this hotel because it had a premium tag and the other two didn't. It's was 3 miles farther from the airport. No biggie they have a shuttle. United Airlines put us up here due to a document issue until we could get it resolved. The hotel actually kind of looks nice but everything is broken and doesn't work. Pool, hottub and gym have been red tagged since 7/23. The elevator feels and sounds like it will drop at any minute. There are Paper signs of 4 people max. They first put us in an occupied room, next room toilet was completely broke and wouldn't stop running. Next room had lock issues, TV issues and the water but we made it work. I need to print some documents for the airlines. None of their printers work. They have one out on show in the lobby. I connected to it through HP app
it said it had the wrong cartridge in it. They use the one behind the dest that was unreadable because it was also low on ink. I went to print shop down the road. We opted to pass on the free meals based on how everything is going. I feel like this is some contracted scam as on the inner doors it states room rates are over $400 a night. I tried to reach United Airlines to switch hotels and to let them know how bad this one was. Pick one of the other hotels closer to the airport.

My wife and I walked in, after receiving a voucher. Mind you - there shuttle was nowhere to be found, so we took a taxi, after 12 hours of sitting in an airport. Location is remote and feels far away from the airport. The lighting makes you feel you are in a scary movie (very creepy feeling, hard to describe). After accepting our room card, we decided it was in our best interest to leave. After reading the reviews - it appears that was a good decision. Highly recommend the Marriott that is connected to the airport!

Sadly, doesn’t live up to the standard of a Radisson Hotel. Shuttle comes every 30-40 minutes compared to other hotels which come every 15 minutes. No greeting from driver. No restaurant at night or morning to use United airline voucher. No place walking distance for food. Broken amenities in room. Overall, missing TLC. With < 3 stars average rating Radisson HQ should investigate as this is damaging the brand name. Probably low management effort as most guests come on airline vouchers?

So we stayed here this past weekend for a karate state championship. (Side one the raddison in Fort Worth is nothing like this one) so I reserved a room with two queen beds, well when I arrived there around 9pm the man at the front was very rude to me about my reservation. He give me the key for the room, we went to the room, went to sleep. The next morning the key lock on the door was broken, and the door wouldn’t lock from the inside or outside. I went to the front to let them know. It was a different person at the front, a young lady, i told her and she asked what she needed to do, I said fix it or give me a different room, well there was only one other room available which only had a king and a twin pull out bed. She said we could use that one to storage out stuff in and then go back to the room with the two queen at night. I told her no bc it doesn’t lock. She said fine. We won’t on with the day. When we came back Saturday night I need sheets and pillows for the pull out couch, they acted like it was a problem, but they gave them to me. The next morning I went to check out and the same man that was there the first night was there, he asked what I wanted, I told him I was just checking out, he raised his hand and gave me a thumbs up rudely! We won’t be ever be back! Do better Raddison!

If I could give less I would. Bad services and even though they have surveillance cameras, they stole my car and they don't want to do anything to help us see cameras or something. Terrible, no way to rest like this

I arrived at this hotel due to an emergency.and the airline paid for the accommodation. Not bad for spending the night. The room was clean and tidy. However, the carpet had liquid stains as did the armchairs in the room. The restaurant's food is good and the attention of the employees makes you not feel so bad. There are homeless people who try to enter the hotel but the employees try to prevent them from entering:/

Definitely the place not to book!
My airline gave us a voucher for this hotel and it's by far the worst ever
