Radius West, Houston TX

When I first moved into this apartment complex in 2022, it seemed promising, located in a good area. However, over the past two years, it has clearly declined in all aspects. Despite the claim of being luxury apartments, it's evident that it's all the same cheap quality. The construction was rushed, resulting in paper-thin walls where you can hear everything your upstairs neighbors do. Parking is a nightmare with very limited space and no street parking available. I've had to sleep in my car in the parking lot a couple times to avoid towing. Guest parking is a joke, limited to only five times per month per vehicle, good luck with that. The hallways and elevators are never cleaned, and I've had to pick up trash myself. On a positive note, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of activities in the surrounding areas. However, overall, this place is not worth the high price they charge.

The absolute worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in.rent money goes missing in the system and they make you repay rent.the apartment complex is disgusting. Water turns brown when it first come out the pipes, there are no amenities for what you pay in rent other than a junky gym. Maintenance sucks, the residents will steal anything from packages, DoorDash, to groceries in front of your door! Walls are wayyyyy too thin (you can hear all your neighbors conversation).

I have been alive for 3 years and I can tell you the best and Miss Kassandra is not to mention with her delicacy and kindness helping and guiding everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of living at Radius West, and it has been a fantastic experience. The apartment complex is well-maintained, with modern amenities and a convenient location. Kassandra, one of the employees, has been exceptional. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor make the living experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to Radius West for having such an amazing team member!

Parking issues, EV chargers do not work, security issues and the mailing lockers also do not work! Can't wait to move out

To begin with, we spent Christmas having to wash our dishes in the bathroom’s sink. Then, waited couple of days before maintenance proceeded to get the work order done (I am not blaming maintenance) for the delay. Then, my girlfriend asked if something would be done about the cabinet cardboards on the bottom and the answer was no (again, I am not blaming maintenance, for this is something management should instruct maintenance staff to be keenly aware to replace if the boards are completely wet), so, we have had to keep the doors opened since the day the ticket was opened and still today, for the cardboards boards are still dampened and we are trying to prevent bacteria growth or mildew. Specially, since we have had to purchase two air purifiers to clean the air causing us breathing issues, including my Service Canine.

It was the best experience me and my wife had with a leasing office thanks to Ms. Kassandra and Antonio. They made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Thank you and happy holidays from our family to yours.

Excellent service, I loved the place and their manager, a super good person, attentive, friendly communicator, super polite, the truth is, it's a pleasure to spend a little time with them

Probably would have had a grand time if I didn’t live next to the pool…. Music was played obnoxiously loud a lot…. When I complained about the music playing at night, they use to say call the courtesy officer, or send out emails. But the phone numbers they gave for the courtesy officer never had an option to reach anyone! So if your looking for quiet place, and they offer a space by the pool wouldn’t recommend.

I haven't moved here yet, but Miss Kassandra and the property manager were very kind and attentive to me when it came to renting my apartment, I hope everything continues well when I live there

I put in a work order and it was handled in very timely matter. I am very satisfied with their service and very quick response.

The person who helped me was Cassandra I think that was her name. She was amazing and she was really eager to help and provided me with all the info I needed.

By far one of the best complexes I’ve lived at!
I love my unit and the property it’s self, great amenities, everything is always clean. Only thing I would improve is the depth of the pool.lol
The team is great and take care of things super quickly!

ROBBERIES, CAR THEFT, DANGEROUS INDIVIDUALS ROAMING AROUND, STAY AWAY from Radius West apartments they may look nice and welcoming on the outside but they are trash, tacky, dirty and dangerous.nobody is safe here, if its a issue with rent or parking you will hear from them immediately, other than that NOTHING.you could be living next to ROBBERS, criminals. 3 apartments got broken into in the same building during the same time period. There are cars that get broken into and tires stolen off cars. Nothing is being done by management as far as precautions such as hiring a security guard or even checking their own cameras, they didn’t even send out a warning to the other residents. They kept everything on the down low because all they care about here is making their money. You and your families will NOT BE SAFE HERE. Definitely look elsewhere.

Why is this speaker by the pool always on? We can’t even sleep because of this loud stupid music? Many people complained about this million times but i guess it is so hard for management to turn off this stupid music.

I'm from out of state, and I must say the management team is too notch for me! I been living here in Houston for 4 months now. The luxury of this apartment complex is awesome. I appreciate the community activities that the management team host. I haven't had no problems, I love the way they keep this property up from the clean up crew, to the grounds keepers, and the maintenance team. The manager Antoino and Kassandra is my favorite they have the best customer services thus this far for me. I am glad I chose Radius West as my new home.

Living at Radius west is amazing. Your apartments are beautiful, everyone in the office is very very nice, and the maintenance team does a great job and the manager is an amazing human being. I am happy to be able to live here.
