Bad business to work with, they sent out part that was defective right out of the package, sent back and haven't repaired yet, my customer cancelled on me waiting for this part, i asked several times for refund since it was defective part and have not received refund yet, i guess legal action is next since this is outright stealing, i have warned my customers who were considered purchasing from them about my experience,

I would give them zero stars if it was possible. Radwell kept the item we sent in for repair for over 10 weeks and sent it back unrepaired. They charged us upfront for the repairs. Despite the many emails I've received from them stating they have refunded the charges, they have not. Do not use them, they appear to be scammers.

Absolutely worst customer service!
Do not suggest even trying to do business with them

Radwell is a fantastic organization. Great pricing and service. Helped me out of a jam with their Radwell brand of sensors when I couldnt find stock. Top notch.

Very disappointed. I ordered a security camera but they sent it without the mounting hardware or power supply. Plus, the camera software was still configured from the previous installation.they didn't even bother to reset it.

Radwell was the worst company I ever worked for. I was a repair technician and they required me to produce over $1000 a day and give me units under $200; then had the nerve to act like it was my fault when I didn’t make quota. They have a high turnover rate. I only worked there 1 year and 3 months, but wanted to quit much sooner. When I was there, four other technicians quit as well as sales people. Also, the pay is average. You can make the same money or more at many places. My advice, DO NOT WORK AT THIS PLACE! They mostly replace units and swap covers anyway. If I could give Radwell a zero rating, I would.
