Where to begin we’ll I’ve am a gun collector and been collecting for 20 years I have over 40 guns in my collection I’ve started using theses guys since they where at a good price for a Ffl transfer but it’s been a nightmare getting a approval which I’ve never had before but this last time I order a Springfield 911 and never received a call from them about the firearm I called them in advance Claudia said she would call me when it arrived which a week went by with no call from them so I decided to call and Claudia said that the firearm came in but have no contact name from the buyer to notify them she told me that they had not received the sellers Ffl license ok will I contact the seller for them and ask if they could email there Ffl license to them which they said it was sent to them along with the package but that they would send it a right away Claudia told me they had been tryIn to contact them with no avail so I called her back and told her it was being sent email and if you could let me know if there was any other problem please call me so 4 days later no call from them so I called them she answered again and tells me her husband is not in but would call me when it was ready finally a call came inn that it was ready when I seen the firearm it looked like it had been used the information was tape to the box with my number and name and sellers information she lied to me this is unexceptionable I was a supporter of the small business mom and pop store but after this never again Claudia then told me she apologize for the inconvenience but her husband had been sick so which is it she had told me her son was handing my firearm and today it was her husband just really sad they seemed really nice but I can’t get over the lies thanks for wasting my time driving back forth

This is a good company but it's the owners that make it great and worthwhile. Love is repaid by love alone and they show it.

This place is rad! I had them work on a cherished antique necklace for my daughter that had been passed down to her from her mother and they fixed it very nicely and for a good price. They also are an excellent FFL dealer (good price!). In addition to all of this, I found them to also be cool, friendly folk. Highly recommended!

I'm a huge supporter of small business and this place is right in my community. Since my first visit 3 years ago they became my go to FFL and jeweler! Very welcoming and professional environment. I've visited multiple times for both jewelry and FFL services and received excellent customer service each time.

This is a horrible place! My mom purchased a beautiful necklace for my son for Christmas and he busted it so we came to this store to get it fixed well they gave us back a completely different chain. My son is crushed! We have receipts of our original purchase to where you can clearly see the difference! DO NOT TRUST THIS JEWELER! We dont want money just his original chain back!
