Rainbow Shops, Irving TX

The store manager is very rude. And the cashier can't stop talking with customers and this causes the line to move slow. This store has good items to buy but this people is not helping the business grow. Please management do something.

The two cashiers were both quite rude. When I walked in, there was no hello or any type of acknowledgement. They were so busy talking amongst themselves about personal relationships and things that should not be spoken of in the workplace. After I found an outfit and accessories, the young lady checked me out with no kind of friendliness of any. I tried to speak with her and let her know how much I like shopping at Rainbow but it was like I was talking to myself. When I paid for my things and she handed me my bag, there was no thank you, have a nice day or goodbye or anything. Very unfriendly and a cold shoulder environment. I felt so very uncomfortable, I didn't want to stay to look around any further.

These women in the store are plain rude! I sent my daughter in here to grab a dress and shoes for church and she came out crying because the staff was laughing at her. She said she had a dress and the cashier said "Damn! " before laughing with her coworker. That is very rude! When I went inside to confront the people, they hid in the back and sent someone who was clearly new there to handle it. The poor girl looked like she was going to pass out from exhaustion! She was clearly overworked so I cursed the rude, unprofessional ladies and swore to never come back. The other Rainbow in Duncanville is just messy and the staff members have poor hygiene as well!

AVOID THIS LOCATION. 0 OUT OF 5 STARS One of my worst shopping experiences ever Around 5: 30pm on 8/16. First, as I was trying on a pair of shoes and had to step to the side an older lady named Denise decided to walk up and say. "Oh I see, we have another shoe bandit on our hands. "At that point in time, I then told her no, I was actually trying them on". I was no more than 3 feet away from the shoes and she huffs and says ohh, Oh, well, I'm gonna put it up here instead. " Next she souts "Melissa don't bring nothing else out you know all that garbage needs to be taken out before you leave" followed by "Melissa you need to be watching the floor there's too many people in here" Mind you, it was across the store so everyone heard her. She then jumps down from behind the counter, and looks over her glasses and comes up to every customer as if they are a thief. Ad shegoes through the store she continues to shout-out no Melissa we have to talkabout this. Do better" If this is the way Rainbow treats their associates it'stime for sensitivity and employer appreciation training. Denise is an abysmal excuse for a Manger or lead and needs immediate training or termination. Please do better. People deserve to be coached in private.

Cashiers are rude. Clothes are cute most of the time.but those cashiers keep me from going.

This store does have a good selection of clothing for all sizes. But the reason for the 1 star is due to the cashiers attitude when asking if the fitting rooms were open. "NO AND THEY WILL NEVER BE OPEN" was her response. A "no, sorry" would have been a sufficient answer. She was having customers try on clothing in the middle of the store.

Thread in the clothes get undone during the first time wear. Cheap quality of clothes. The shades are all scratched. The fitting room is close, so you can't try anything on.

3 stars only because they have a decent collection of clothes. All the Rainbow shops STILL have their fitting rooms closed. I refuse to buy clothes without trying them on bc this curvy body of mine is too picky on how stuff looks on me. Plus I don't live within 20 mins of ANY of their locations so I refuse to spend money just to return stuff later bc I couldn't try them on first.
