The property is nice but the apartments are another story. Very run down. Outdated appliances, cabinets, flooring, etc. If they don’t update the amenities can you imagine what underneath it all looks like? Probably mold. 0/0 and will never recommend to anyone. Pic attached

Raintree may not be brand new like some of the others, but the newer ones don't have the staff that Raintree does. The apartment manager Amber and her leadership with the maintenance staff shows how much pride they take in this property. Amber is a very friendly and helpful with everything. I have been very impressed with her kindness and positive attitude. She is always helpful, kind and very professional.

Amber and her staff is top notch! Any situations or problems I have is always fixed in a timely manner. Does not matter the time, day or situation they’re always there to answer any question or fix any problem I have. Very professional staff overall.

Raintree is, without a doubt, a "five-star apartment community" and it takes a management, resident and ownership partnership to make it so. The property is quite unique in that the landscaping and parking areas are integrated into the building footprint, so it doesn't look like a parking lot with buildings plopped down in the middle. This, alone, makes it feel more "homey" and, thus more intimate. Raintree was built in the 80's, but it's been very well maintained. The property management is outstanding! I highly recommend this community-it's a great place to live.

I saw a different apt that was clean and newer than the one they actually gave me.

- Big problem with roaches. They said they would come and treat that, but they ignored it.
- Bad under sink drawer, all of the wood was molding badly on the first day I moved in.
- The AC was dead for awhile and it took them for a week to fix it.
- No light and fan in the guest bedroom in 2 bed 2 bath apt. They said I could install them, but when I moved I had to leave them there LOLL.
- Bad sewer. The water went down so slow when I showered. The toilets went down very slow, many time they just stuck, I had to call them and usually took a day. No pee no poo for that day LOL.

Because of Covid, I got hard time and needed to move. They did not let me. I know that business makes money. But instead of paying a fee like one month rent or no deposit back (like usual), they asked for all of the rent fee of the rest of the contract.

On the plus side, it's a great location, reasonably priced and the staff and especially the maintenance guys are very good, responsive, and easy to deal with. On the downside, the apartments are old and therefore horribly lit, ventilated, and insulated, so expect to pay way more for electricity than you should. Carpets are cheap and dingy, but the buildings themselves are well constructed and you won't have to hear it every time your downstairs neighbor sneezes. Assigned parking is nice. Paying rent itself is a hassle though. You'll need to manually go get a money order every month. There's no excuse to not have a website or online option for paying rent in 2020. Nice shaded pool, with beautiful trees. The property is attractively landscaped and maintained. Overall happy, but needs serious updating of in-unit amenities and payment options.
