The complex is cleaner has made a big differences from years past look nice overall wouldn't mine living there but need a five or six 3 to be able to be comfortable

They have new managers! But won’t fix nothing it takes up to 1-2 weeks for someone to come fix something.reason why because they won’t hire enough guys to work! Cheap! They are more worry about how the apartments look from the outside but the inside of the apartments are falling apart! Leaks everywhere mold n everything! When I renew the lease we came up with an agreement for me paying more so they can go in my apartment n fix it up but haven’t done it it’s been 3 months. I have asked for a new apartment but they say I have to wait for the owner every time I ask about him they tell me he’s not here.can’t wait to move out.

My family has been here ever since I was born and love the staff. They work on everything in a timely fashion and have the best rental costs in Pasadena for the location. I, myself, have had several apartments and raised my own family here. Without these apartments I don't know where I'd be.

Fair pricing.
Could be better maintained, but I don't think the people in charge are very helpful. Some probably leak more than others. I recently saw a few being re-done.

My parents moved into the Raintree apartments on 10/03. My parents were not given an Inventory & Condition form. I told them it would be wise to put a list together of what needed to be done upon move in and to list things that were damaged, so they are not held responsible at the end of their lease. I called the office to let them know what the main issues were that needed to be take care of right away and I asked for the email where I could send the list to. The list was sent in on 10/10/2017, and when my parents asked as to when the work would be done, they were told maintenance was not available, being that they were sent to other properties to get work orders completed. The main issue being the sliding door was not secured correctly, in other words it did not lock, which is a safety issue. They also have no hot water in the hall bath. There are several other issues notated on the list, but I will not list the remainder of those, since they have a copy of the list. It's taken them since 10/10/2017, until today 10/31/2017, to begin having things done, 21 days is how long it took. Maintenance was sent out today to secure the sliding window, it shouldn't have taken this long. They also have no hot water in the hall bath. Their excuse is that the management company does not like to spend money on the property, because the owner also doesn't like spend money. The only reason maintenance went out today was because I emailed the office for the second time, besides the verbal conversation I had with the assistant manager. Like any other son or daughter, my concern is the safety of my parents, sometimes you have to put yourself in the position of the tenant to understand where they're coming from.

I just moved here 2 months ago and I am pleased overall. The staff, both ladies are so friendly and nice! I had a few things that needed fixing and they made sure it was fixed in a timely manner. I love the location and my neighbors are friendly as well. The Apts are older but I like them and they are all bills paid.the price is amazing!

Our power keeps going out and they won't do anything about it.
Replaced the stove and claimed it was the problem. But the power has gone out twice this week. I am currently sitting in the dark.

Day 4 this week. Power went out
