Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers reviews
19To go box mangled and would not close when I told them about it they said they are all like that. When I pay 13 bucks for chicken tenders I expect a working box to keep the overpriced food warm until I get home. Fix your boxes or at least get some tape or something.
Well for the price they have cut the chicken stips size in half. Not worth the value. One sauce only.unless you cough up more money. Wouldn't recommend this place anymore. Like I said corporate has cut the size of the chicken pieces into almost half the original size. They for sure took 1/3 of the original size away.
I don't really care for their chicken, it doesn't have any seasoning on it. If it wasn't for the sauces, you wouldn't taste anything but grease and crust. The piece of toast was wonderful. I haven't had toast that good in like forever. My daughter was starving and she likes the food. I hadn't eaten anything so I decided to get something, big mistake. I won't be going back, not my kind of food. I'm really not a fast food person. We were on the road so that's why I stopped, plus it was her idea
I like the store overall but the past two times I've done pickup on an order and checked the "Ketchup" box online, they were not in the bag when I got home. That is very frustrating since my daughters wanted ketchup with their french fries.
Please ensure quality control on the whole order in the future.
Most of the time the chicken is fresh. But they always have a good attitude. And whenever we have a challenge day own it and take care of it.
Always pleased with the employees customer service skills! And the Caniac special is always my go to!
Food is always nice and fresh. Customer service is always great. One thing that I find annoying is that because I didn't order a meal but 3 chicken strips and a drink I had to pay for sauce because it doesn't come with one. Seriously? $6 for 3 chicken strips and a drink, come on Canes!
Just like any Raising Canes delicious! The drive thru wasnt as bad and food came out quick. No need to wait too long.
I went through the drive through for a to go and i spent less then 5 minutes, keep doing what your staff is doing Raising cane's team 5 stars!
This is my favorite place of all time. My brother comes all the time and thanks to him I found out about it. The sauce they have tastes good whith everything! I dont need ketchup anymore!
The customer rep was so rude she was laughing at me because I have accent. She was not even paying attention just talking.
Even if the drive thru line is long I'm never stopped for longer than 5 min after 8 order here. Yet it's always freshly cooked. Love it
Been here many times and have catered from them once (75pc+15 toast for a party). Slightly late on my scheduled time (had to wait about 10min) but overall, fast service and consistently good food for a fast food place.
Came here while I was in the area. Customer service is excellent. I ordered to dine in and they messed up and gave me my order in boxes to go instead of plates to dine in. The employee was apologetic and even gave me extra tenders for the inconvenience. Would definitely be coming back when I am in the area.
Chicken tenders are, they should definitely have more sauce variety, the sauce might be good but it doesn't mean everybody will like it.
Need to add ranch to the menu. Their sauce is fine but I think tenders are best with ranch. I don't appreciate they looks and attitude I get when I ask for ranch. Would go more often of they had more than one sauce. I in it go now when my wife asks for it.
Big cuts of tenders n well seasoned. Not 2 salts n always hot its a hit price but the portion n quality make up 4 it
Customer service sucks! Employees are rude and when i reapeated myself 2 or 3 times i still got the wrong order
