Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, Rowlett TX

What can I say other than it's place to be if u love chicken fingers. My order has never disappointed me & it's always hot & fresh. Note: the price increase is definitely noticeable but it's necessary like all the other food places.

Okay so the food is good. But my real problem is with the staff when going through drive thru is a mess they tend to be distracted and get the order wrong. At the window they are rude once they hand you the food dont even say anything like thank you or thats it nothing. Like okay

The food is really good when they do it correctly however around 25-50% of the time they cook in bad grease and it taints the rest of the food.

Cane’s is always a great fast food experience. This Cane’s location is no different from the others and carries the expectation of quality well. If you’re thinking of this location and will need to make a left hand turn to get back on your way after I would recommend looping behind the building to get to the nearest stop light instead of trying to cut across the traffic.

The food is amazing and the time you have to wait is drastically low compared to other franchises. I'd say it took me less than 5 minutes to order and get my food

They will always charge you for extra sauces. They won’t put them in the bag after they take your money though

Had a large order for a party and the food was delicious and they gave us plenty ketchup and Cane's sauce!

Around dinner time there is usually a long line, but it moves quickly. Food is of course delicious:)

Yes the chicken is amazing and the sauce is exquisite but what keeps me coming back is the culture. I have yet to encounter a team member who doesn't seem to like working there. They are always smiling and friendly. LOVE Cane's!

I just went for lunch and ordered a 3 box tender meal with extra cane sauce. When I was helped at the window all the kids were messing around and laughing inside. Very nice kids working it, yet they forgot my extra cane sauce. I think if they weren’t too busy playing around they’d remember.

Canes Sauce is the best! If you have never looked up the origin story for this food chain.do so! Its pretty cool!

I found an employees disgusting shirt tag in my food. At a quick glance I thought this was a salt packet. When I called to speak to the manager she told me they only wear hoodies and to call back tomorrow. Poor service all around. Tag looks like it has been through a lot prior to being all over my food. Gross.
