Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, Katy TX

I would like to say first that I have never had a bad experience with Canes until this location. Not only was I asked to pull up and wait for my order, this was the end result. Old fries that was thrown back in the fryer and so hard and hollow I can’t eat them. I am very disappointed in this location and will not spend my money here again.

The food gave me food poisoning! It’s terrible! The chicken was hard and chewy abc the fries were soaked! Terrible! DONT GO HERE!

Fingers is right. Smallest pieces of chicken i have ever seen. I paid $13 for 6 of these. What a rip off! Love there chicken but this size pieces i will never go back.

This review is long overdue. I only visit this location. Lauren, Caleb, Jazz, Lexy, and Clarissa always provide excellent customer service. They always make sure my food is prepared right. The line moves steady, and they always try to make sure their customers have a great experience.

We were having a party and placed a large order. After picking up the order and returning home, they forgot the tub of canes sauce that we ordered. We called to see if they were willing to do anything to accommodate us. They were not willing to do anything including delivery, a refund, or any kind of credit. We normally love canes and would give five stars as all our experiences have been great, but I had to share this bad experience due to the unwillingness of the canes at this location to make up for an error on their behalf.

Ordered for a giant party, and they forgot sauce. Not a huge problem if they would’ve fixed it, but basically, they told us too bad. Unfortunate customer service. They could’ve easily rectified this by offering a credit or otherwise fixing their mistake, but they didn’t.

Worst canes I ever been too! Ordered a party order worth of food. Got home and realized they forgot to give canes sauce. I called them, they refused to deliver one to me, to give me sauce if I came, or to give me a refund for the sauce. This manager should not be allowed to work here or this establishments reputation will be worse than Popeyes or Waffle House.

Made a huge order for 12 people. They didn't put any of the raising canes sauce. Refuse to deliver it, or even give a discount.

Horrible customer service. Hope you all like a buffet of one stars.

Food and service were 10/10 as always and the girl who served me my food told me my car smelled good and it literally made my whole day.thank you queen

Did curbside and took 20 mins after my allotted time slot of 6: 25 and to get my foodst time I was here we got overcooked dry chicken. Not coming back again.

Isn’t it just GREAT when you get paid to do something and still don’t do it right?
I understand it was late when I went today (around 11pm) but it isn’t that hard to put fresh chicken in the fryer and then serve, instead of “re-frying” already fried chicken. At least that’s what it looked and tasted like to me along with the fries. 3/6 tenders were dark brown and very dry/ hard. The fries were also dark brown. Maybe I should’ve saved some money and ordered the 3 piece combo.but what if those 3 were also the same way? Then what would I have eaten and paid for?

They are OPEN FOR DINE IN! For some reason To-Go Canes is not the same as dine in, so we have been waiting and they finally allow dine in. The food was fresh and hot, as always, and so glad because we have missed eating their strips.

How come you guys don't participate in any of the food delivery services? Uber eats, grubhub, etc. You would get more sales this way,

The size of the chicken fingers are small.looks like nugget.bread quality is not good.my favorite canes sauce is also not good.
I never had bad experience with canes before.
Hopefully it improves Quality and Quantity

It’s unbelievable the size of tenders I just got and for the price I’m paying.
I was better off going to buy a whole chicken and cooking that.
It’s absurd and I will be bringing it to attention as soon as possible.

We stopped here for a quick lunch while traveling. The chicken is so great and so were the French Fries. Also they have really good fresh lemonade.

This place is great. The chicken is tasty but the best part of all is their homemade sauce it gives the chicken the best flavor. Their homemade lemonade is delicious aswell

It has went down hill. Chicken pieces are half the size they were when they opened both Katy, Tx stores. Even the fries are small.

Food is consistant and always comes out quick and hot out of fryers. Our chicken tenders are moist and never dry. Recommend to anyone that is a chicken finger fan.
