Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, Pearland TX

I ordered to eat in and my food was very delicious and hot in picture 1 well severed and then in picture 2 I ordered to go and barely got any fries and they gave me my older which was three of them and they were like sideways like they just threw it in the bag which I didn't appreciate it I paid $24 and they gave it to me like they threw it and another thing they need to do it and spicy ranch dressing for the chicken place was clean and nice there to go orders are bad.

They went up on the prices and down on the portions.this is the only canes I've been to where the chicken strips are half the size of what they normally should be.its like they cut them in half or something to save money.skimpy on fries as well. If my paying 10$ for some chicken strips i should at least be full after. Go to a different location if you want normal portions!

Be very careful in parking lot they fly threw it like a bat out of hello. The chicken is ok but please check your order before you leave.

We order from Canes on 518 in pearland, TX at least once a week if not more. Every time my husband gets the food home, which is about 10 minutes away, there is always something wrong with our order. He always orders two pieces of toast extra. Sometimes we get the extra toast sometimes we don't. Depending on the cook on shift we have gotten chicken that is so overcooked it's not worth eating. He usually orders one 4 piece box with coleslaw and one without. Sometimes he gets here and there is no coleslaw. It does not good to tell a manager at the location because it is always oh I'm sorry or some excuse. These people are wanting to have minimum wage raised to $15.a hour but they can't even get the order correct. They need to realize that the customers are how they get paid and when you have unhappy customers your business will start dropping. Possibly the management needs to retrain some of the employees and emphasize that they are there to make sure the customers are satisfied. We will give them another chance but if things don't change they will be losing our business.

You cannot go wrong with Cane's. They know how to do their chicken tenders. I have always had a pleasant exchange with staff members on every visit. Always a pleasure to stop by.

Although its a bit expensive for chicken strips, my family loves the chicken and sauce. We typically order the pan of strips (25) and individual sides of fries. It comes out cheaper than the single meals. The crew here is always fast and professional. My orders are always hot and fresh.

Don't know what happened to chicken tenders at this location but they are only half size as before. Not sure if this is an issue that happens at all their locations, but it has been like that several months now.
Also their French toast is now 1/3 of the size from before. It is pissing me off every time i buy from Raising Cane's. I am raising my own cane to protest this ridiculousness

My wife and I would share the 6 piece caniac and our hunger would be satisfied, when their chicken strips were actually the size of chicken strips. This last time, the size of the chicken was really disappointing. Now they're really small so it's not worth the price anymore. The size of the chicken is not as advertised and it changes their flavor perception. Plus, their lemonade doesn't taste natural anymore, it's tastes artificial. It'll take a while to give y'all another chance to win us back.

My family and I eat at Cane's a lot and we always have issues at this location, but this time we got 3 Caniac Combos. When we get the food we open the boxes on the way home so the fries don't get soggy. When we opened the boxes and saw the chicken we were shocked how small the tenders were. They have been small before and when we informed the manager, he was thankful and wanted to give the feedback to the chicken vendor and compensated us. This time the tenders were comically small. Several of them were smaller than boneless wings. When I turned around and went into the restaurant, the manager was extremely defensive. I showed him the tenders and compared them to the ADVERTISED tender size, but he INSISTED that is the normal size of the tenders. After paying so much for some Chicken Mcnuggets, I was upset and I feel Cane's is no longer worth the cost.

I hope they understand, when you charge premium prices for CHICKEN, the quality and size should be comparable.

It is surprising to see the progression of this location. When they opened, the tenders were oversized and the Box was an actual decent meal. Now even a Caniac isn't feeding my three small children. We almost made Cane's a tradition, but now that has to end.
