Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, Schertz TX

Food was not as fresh as usual. Fries were not hot or fresh. Breading had fallen off most of the chicken.

I still love Cane's, but this stores visit was Not the best.

Friendly and patient staff as I ordered through the drive-thru. The chicken fingers were hot and excellent!

We first walked in and everything seemed fine so we ordered.as we were ordering the teenagers in the back were being loud and obnoxious while talking about inappropriate things about getting undressed or something among other things.whatever typical teenagers.we try to find a place to sit and almost all of the tables are trashed and gross, it looked like they hasn’t cleaned at all cause there’s napkins and chicken and grease stains all over the table and the floor.we eventually found one that was okay but still had to wipe the table off due to crumbs and some ketchup.our food takes so long to come out (i assume it’s because everyone was playing around in the back) we finally get out food and the fries are cold and the chicken tastes weird like the grease hasn’t been cleaned it something.i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just wasn’t a good experience

Always delicious! But I wish they would have more options beside fried chicken. Oven backed maybe?

Ordered two Caniac Combos and a children combo. Needless to say, the Caniac combos, although they advertise it comes with six "chicken fingers", both of the combos had five chicken fingers in them. Fries were not the warmest, but, at least they weren't cold. Kid combo was correct and didn't really mind that the Grandson's fries were a little on the cool side.

Bland, unseasoned chicken, $1.80 for each little piece. The sauce is ok but nothing special.

First time. Cane sauce is unique. Maybe an acquired taste. Not bad just different. Personal preference.

Chad is the Best of Best of all Managers Cane's employes and has the cleaness restaurant in the business in all of Texas and I've been to many of Cane Restaurants

Canes is so underrated! This location never disappoints, I always have a very satisfying visit here. Their Texas Toast is probably my favorite thing they sell if I’m being honest. Overall their food is very good and their service is even better, I’d highly recommend coming here.

The food is way to expensive, just for. 25 piece chicken that only comes with sauce. AND THATS IT. NO NO DRINK. NOT COOL. SO 25 PIECE, FAMILY FRIES (5 LG FRIES AND A LG SWEET TEA. 60.00. YEAH! NEVER AGAIN.

Loved the peaceful atmosphere very clean store.service was great food was on point. I have issues swallowing and canes I had no issues.enjoyed my meal and was able to eat my entire meal.even added a coleslaw.

The fingers are always hot and juicy -along with the crinkle cut french fries, i would give a few more stars.very clean store!

The food wasn't as good as I'm used to it being. The Lemonade was insanely AWESOME! That was almost the highlight of my visit. I bought a gallon of the lemonade for $11, which was INSANE!

Came 10 minutes before close, thought they were open till 1 >. < so sorry! But TUCKER! Such a sweetheart and took my order no problem regardless of closing, some other restaurants turn you away even 20 minutes before. Anyways! Thanks for always having fresh food!

Very tender the chicken strips compared to Churches Chicken & Bill Millers, Sonic or Diary Queen. Getting the best, I believe. If I'm going to spend, its got to be the best!

The customer service at this establishment was exceptional. When thinking Raising Canes, there is a consistency in the quality of food you recieve. Here, its always cooked right and flavorful. In my line of business, the customer experience is paramount. Thank you for the great service.

Canes by far is my go to chicken place, it has some of the best chicken I've Tasted and it always comes fresh. I just wish it wasn't as pricey though

This location is not nearly as good as others. The service is mediocre, and the bread is not toasted (if they even give it to you), the chicken is small and dry.
I always order an extra bread and sauce, they never add it to the order, but always charge for it! The last two times I went I did not get what I ordered. The 2nd time I mentioned it twice that the extra bread and sauce was missing in the last order, and I assume the person ignored me, because it was missing again. I shouldn't have assumed they'd get it right this time if I reminded them at the speaker and the window and he assured me it was there. But it wasn't. This place cost too much to give small chicken pieces and wrong orders with missing items!
