Everytime we eat here, the food is fresh, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. I had a mishap with them in 2021 that was never properly handled, and that's why we no longer eat here as much. I figured I would've been given a gift certificate plus my food exchanged, rather than a sorry.

Typical Raising Canes! Delicious chicken strips (that unfortunately seem to just be getting smaller.) The sweet tea is the great southern sweet tea taste. Their French fries are my favorite! Just a little too salty this time. Establishment is clean & the employees are super kind!

Typical raising canes. Chicken was extremely juicy, but strips are kind of small and bread was squished

Food was cold, service was ok but inside had a bad smell like it was mopped with a sour mop water

Oh my God I just happened to be in this store I bought a caniac combo of 6 pieces of chicken for 16 dollars, when I got home I only had 4 pieces I'm very upset because I don't have time to go and complain. It's so unbearable to eat with your incomplete order, they should pay more attention to what they do so it doesn't happen to anyone else

Literally the worst canes in town. They never get my order right. Ever. And the drive through always just tells me my total and to pay at the first window after I say my first item like I don’t need to order more things. ALSO THE FRIES ARE BARELY COOKED.like 2 seconds in the fryer. The worst fries in town.

Review:

Raising Cane's is a fast-food chain that specializes in serving mouthwatering chicken tenders and a limited menu focused on quality and simplicity. Here's my review of Raising Cane's:

Irresistible Chicken Tenders:
Raising Cane's signature chicken tenders are simply outstanding. They are perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. Each tender is made from quality chicken breast, ensuring a delicious and satisfying bite every time. The tenders are the star of the show at Raising Cane's and definitely worth a try.
Straightforward Menu:
Raising Cane's follows a "less is more" approach with its menu, offering chicken tenders, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, and their famous Cane's sauce. While the menu is limited, it allows the chain to focus on delivering quality in every item. The simplicity of the menu also ensures quick service and consistent quality.
Crave-Worthy Cane's Sauce:
The Cane's sauce served at Raising Cane's is a delectable accompaniment to their chicken tenders. It has a tangy, slightly sweet flavor that perfectly complements the crispy tenders. The sauce is addictive, and many patrons find themselves dipping everything in it. It's a must-try and adds an extra layer of deliciousness to the meal.
Clean and Efficient Restaurants:
Raising Cane's restaurants are typically clean and well-maintained. The dining areas are simple but comfortable, offering a pleasant space to enjoy your meal. The drive-thru service is often efficient, with well-organized order taking and prompt delivery of food.
Limited Side Options:
While the chicken tenders are undeniably the star of the show, the limited side options at Raising Cane's may leave some customers wanting more variety. The crinkle-cut fries and Texas toast are tasty, but additional side options or healthier alternatives would be a welcome addition to the menu.
Friendly and Engaging Staff:
The staff members at Raising Cane's are generally friendly, welcoming, and engaged with customers. They often go the extra mile to ensure a positive dining experience, taking orders with a smile and promptly addressing any concerns or questions. The exceptional service adds to the overall enjoyment of visiting Raising Cane's.
In conclusion, Raising Cane's is a chicken-lover's paradise, offering irresistibly delicious chicken tenders, crave-worthy sauce, and a straightforward menu. The quality and taste of their chicken tenders are consistently excellent, and the overall experience at Raising Cane's is enjoyable. While the limited menu and side options may not cater to everyone's preferences, the focus on quality and simplicity sets Raising Cane's apart in the fast-food industry.

Note: This review is based on general observations and experiences, and your specific experience at Raising Cane's may vary depending on the location and other factors

It works if you're hungry, small portions for the price though, but not the best option in town. Service was really friendly.

The DT girl was so rude. Then, she thought she was cute by adding a little smirk behind it. Plus, the fries were soggy and cold. It's weird because it was during lunch rush. For the price I paid, it was not worth it

There is literally 5 items on their entire menu. WHY would it take 20 minutes to get through 4 cars in a drive thru in a prime time of day? Make a big batch of chicken put it in small boxes…. Not time consuming or difficult. Not a 20 minute wait anyway.

Good chicken… bad management

Food and service was great! Dining room was not in great condition, but employee was doing her best to clean and take orders.
