Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, Houston TX

Very bad customer service. Ordered drive thru and came to my house and see that one of my box combos was missing. Really inconvenient and they say it’s there policy not to being able to do more for the inconvenience but only ask the customer to drive all the way back to tell you that they will give you the item that was missing. At least offer a free drink or something. Wow! Really bad service!

I will never not order from here! Our food is always fresh and hot. I place my order over the phone and pay once I arrive.

Sn unfriendly manager took my order, zero personality! I ordered diet lemonade received reg lemonade.

I come here often and always order to go inside, I like my meal extra crispy and would rather wait inside than back up the drive-through.sometimes I get extra crispy, and sometimes I don't, I think a lot of the time, they give me regular fries and extra crispy chicken or vise Versa even when I specify both.it could possibly be different cooks have different cook times on extra crispy. I will continue to go and I often get exactly what I'm looking for, just something to note.they are mostly friendly and super fast on regular orders. I go late at night after work and still receive good service.

My husband placed an online order that I walked inside to pick up. When I say the initial greeting from Front Cashier, Dylan, made the entire experience, his energy could be felt across the room! His friendly greeting as soon as I walked in felt like a breath of fresh air. He assisted me immediately and reassured me that my order was currently being prepared. The food looked and smelled AMAZING! I am so happy I decided to get my family Raising Canes tonight. Overall great experience!:)

Food was fine. No complaints. Tables were dirty and customers were clearing off dirty tables to make room to sit. There were employees standing around who could have been cleaning properly.

Very good chicken it’s nice and hot i was just sad because i didn’t upgrade to get the pink post whatever his name is cup

Raising Canes is such a fun place with friendly staff. The food was on pare with fast fried chicken. It was a quick bite before getting back to work.

Was picking up dinner for my mother-in-law. She loves canes. Food was hot, order was correct, requested condiments were included.

This restaurant used to be one of my favorite but honestly not anymore. The chicken became small and its quality and taste not like before at all. Although, the prices went up! No common sense! If they continue like that I’m sure they will barely have any customers in the future.

Love the chicken fingers! Nice people and the service is really fast and bring your food quickly.
