Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers reviews
23All you have to do is cook chicken strips, so there’s not much to suggest. Food is always fresh here.
Stopped by this afternoon 6/1/2021 around 1 ordered a caniac meal and kids combo. Found 5 small black curly hairs on my tenders. Looked like someone scratched their head on top of the food. Not only did I find the hairs but a pink and white label sticker wrapped up in the middle of the plate. Ended up throwing $20 worth of food away. Smh
Good juicy fresh chicken just a bit expensive the bread is great fries good the special sauce also good with the chicken the bread and fries overall good also good service
Super long drive thru line! Must be super popular lol. But it was good food, accurate order and friendly employees.
I order online canes sauce on the side and they did not include it. This is a terrible meal then.
Their food is fine & fresh but the drinks be nasty I don’t know if it’s the ice or lemonade but something needs to be checked it tastes like nasty dish water or something!
Good food but they took 15 minutes for my order and the prices are ridiculous for a family unless you buy individual meals
I give the Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers located at 13330 TX-249, Houston, TX 77086 FIVE STARS. First time visiting this location and I have never seen such an empty Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. I was so surprised, but I was able to avoid a long line, place a quick order and enjoy my delicious meal without the usual wait time. The staff here was great and as always with a smile. When seeing the ASTROS baseball on display I felt like stealing it, but I'm an honest LA DODGERS FAN. HAHA 5️⃣ 'S
My great grandfather tried your fries now he is non stop about them these are the best fries he has tried all 74 years of his life non stop about them
Chicken fingers are the best in town all my family love your chicken fingers. But your fries are horrible always hard & cold, need to change your fries, not crinkle fries
They make it right. The drive through line for got my order but the manager apologized to me and gave me two free meals next time. Way to go Management!
First time I ate here. Just thought it would have been a little better. Service wasn't to good.
Asked for an extra sauce instead of Coleslaw and they gave me coleslaw
The time before the fries were cold.
Super rude employees as well.
Horrible customer service! There was no customers inside the lobby, and they had my family and i waiting 20 min for our food. I was at the front counter for more than 5 min mean while workers were walking back and forth until I said out loudly "CAN ANYONE HELP ME! " then a worker came with an attitude and I said I need a box and a bag togo so she then threw it on the counter. I will never go back to that location.
The food is great but the service is not that good especially the people that dealing with the food in the back every time I come to one of the canes I never get my order I always get my order as if they forgot everybody else get their order and they tell me what's your order, SMH
Excellent food and service! I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff throughout my whole visit!
DO NOT EAT AT THIS CANES! I have eaten Canes all my life and loved it until I came here. I got the worst food poisoning in the world. I threw up all night and had to miss my baseball game the next day because of the nasty poisoned food. I will never eat canes again thanks to this one.
I thought they would be good but this was by far the worst raising canes I’ve been to I went a night time you could taste the old grease fries wasn’t crispy I told my wife when we pulled up idk MAYBE WE should go to the other one I ate one chicken tender and it give me the runs i couldn’t stop going to restroom. All I can say if you go goo during the daytime when the managers their that way the can put care in your food
My first time going and I week later I'm already back. They don't have an extensive menu which I really like and their special sauce speaks for itself.
