First visit. Staff friendly & Dr. Shetty was very kind, explained situation in detail and answered all my questions. First impression was very favorable!

Reaching the office via phone is often difficult. The front office reception staffing seems increased. The providers there are very helpful and courteous.

Dr. Shetty is one of Best Doctors anywhere. He is Compassionate & very, very good at ‘doctoring’.

Best pulmonary Doctor in Texas. Explains everything. Will explain all treatments, x-rays, and medications. Doesn't rush you. Puts his patients first. These are the things that every patient needs!

I was a patient of Dr Shettys but never got to see him. Always has to see the PA so I changed pulmonologist for a second opinion. Recently I was put in the hospital. I was surprised when Dr Shetty came to my room. He listened to my chest and heart. Said he was taking me off of prednisone. When I was discharged I was told to make follow up appointments. So I called Dr Shettys office and after going through the terrible phone system they have finally someone answered. I explained I needed a follow up appointment. The RUDE clerk said “didn’t you change doctors? ” I said yes because I never got to see Dr Shetty. She responded “then you can’t come back! ” I said I just saw in in the hospital. She said “what hospital? ” I said Resolute. She said well he won’t see you again! I was really upset and said I want to talk to him. She said well he is not here but I will call. Then someone called from the Kyle office and said “she is correct he will not see you again! ” Very sad when a doctor refuses to see a patient!

I got good news and it was very clear and to the point. Very good meeting with Dr. Shetty. I am very pleased with the meeting!

Dr Rajesh Shetty and his staff are remarkable. Dr Shetty diagnosed an issue I’ve had for some time. After all treatments were complete, it changed my health and lifestyle going forward. He explains things in a way that are easy to understand and answers all questions. His staff are courteous, professional, friendly and exceptional at all levels.

I really like Dr. Shetty, but this office can be incredibly hard to communicate with. I call and tend to be left on indefinite holds, I usually end up giving up and disconnecting without speaking to a human being. It makes it very hard to reschedule appointments if needed. I called today at 4: 20pm and the answering machine told me to call back during business hours, yet Google says they close at 5. The one time someone from the office attempted to call me, they did so from a restricted/blocked number, so I missed the call. I called back immediately and still have gotten absolutely nowhere, I still haven't spoken to a live person. Now it's going to appear that I missed my appointment with no notice, but I've made several attempts to reschedule within an appropriate time frame. I also cannot find a way to message the doctor like a patient portal.

This was my first visit to LungDocs. Dr. Shetty and his entire team were extremely professional.

Everyone is always helpful and goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Shetty listens to my concerns and then advises me on a course of action. He works with me in partnership for my health.

I appreciate Dr. Shetty getting my PET scan done so quickly. He shared the scan pictures with me and helped me feel confident that thyroid cancer wasn't moving to my lungs.
