It was great to know there was a convenient place like this! I have lived here 12 yrs and didn’t know it existed this close to home! I had ordered something that was coming from FedEx and didn’t want it to set outside my gate til I got home! I was able to hold it and pick it up at my convenience! Great customer service! Thanks!

Today March 19th spoke with an agent Richard he act like he was hard of hearing repeatedly myself way to much. He took all of my personal information & then proceeded to tell me he’ll call me back not hold on on hold but call me back with all of my personal information he also asked me to send a picture of my drivers license which I believe is weird. I did feel comfortable & he seemed very unprofessional
