Great office staff! They took over in the middle of my lease and took care of me till I moved out. If you need help, ask Robin!

Now that I’ve been living here I would not recommend this place to anyone. The walls are too thin you can hear the people all around you. No one has respect for their neighbors and management does not care! The apartments went up and they didn’t even remodel everyone’s apartment as well. Glad I took pictures when I moved in because I’m not getting blamed for anything

Don't like to remodel anything unless your just moving in. Some area are really old and outdated.

I don’t even know where to start! Overall great experience. I’ve never had an experience like this with any other apartment complex. But let’s talk about the staff. I’ve only met Daniel and Robin & both are amazing people! By just sitting and speaking with Daniel while signing my paperwork he provided me with a lot of knowledgeable information. Not only that he literally started a couple weeks before I spoke with him. I told him it felt like he had been in the business for a really long time. Now about Ms. Robin! Wonderful lady. She was amazing! She kept me updated with all the information while going through the process. She made the process super easy! I felt so comfortable speaking with her. I usually feel weird speaking with leasing agents and property managers because of how young I am and some will look at you like you crazy with the questions you ask, but that was not the case here they are amazing in the office. The apartments are amazing! Super quiet out here. I’m in love with Raleigh! If I could give a thousand stars I would! Never have I ever had an experience like this with any complex.

I just moved in and I absolutely love the staff and my unit! I recently just moved away from a rental nightmare and moving here made everything worth it. The staff are all really pleasant and they made my transition here seamless. Me and my kids love our new place; beautiful renovations and upgrades. I would definitely recommend moving here!

This place has been my home for 5 years and it has been the best place, best staff, best everything all around. I have been treated so well and they are always on top of my every need. I have to relocate for work but Highly recommend this complex as anyones new home. This place is quiet, friendly and located right behind restaurant row in Mesquite and down the street from Town East Mall. That’s a very convenient area to live in.

Don’t move here water is turned off once or twice a week what’s the point of me paying full price if I can’t even take a shower some days before work oh and sometimes they give short notices when the water is being turned off sometimes too tomorrow we get the pleasure of not having water from 10 AM-6 PM I am not renewing my lease.

I have lived here since April and have no complaints as of yet the place has already changed hands but the last staff was great and so far the current staff is great Robin, leasing agent, is most genuine and Swift in her actions, living here has been good so far the neighbors are friendly and yes they've had to turn the water off before but I assume they're fixing a problem, also the access to the freeways is very easy and shopping nearby is wonderful.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. New management making lots of new rules, parking rules getting ridiculous, and management does not care about residents.

I have had a really good experience withe the people in this office. I give a very good thank you to Robin and Angla for making this the most pleasant move-in I have ever had. And the apartment is really beautiful. Everything in it was brand new like they promised.

DONT move here the NEW management is HORRIBLE! Especially the property manager. Water was shut off too many times, They never came out to fix my leaking sink and the apartment was molded real bad to where me and my child kept getting sick.

I have lived here for a year and I haven’t had any of the problems I see from people in these reviews. The Manager Angel has been a great help here at the property, She really get things done! So I thank her for that.

I have been living here for about a month now and I just simply Love it! Robin was an amazing comfort, she was courteous and very polite and made my move-in process a joy!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone in these apartments. They just had new management and their horrible and have attitudes. They don’t help with nothing the water is always off, matter of fact my water is off right now as we speak. The fire alarm always goes off, there’s no security, and the maintenance are very lazy and don’t know how to fix anything! The RENT is high for a 1970’s model and there is no isolation in the walls! So don’t MOVE HERE! Oh yeah there’s a lot of soliciting here as well, people go around knocking on tenant’s doors about water so DON’T answer your door their scammers. You’re welcome.

Completely Terrible new management robin should be fired for new ruling Completely ridiculous new standard will not be renewing my lease and hope no one signs a lease here. Do not let pictures convince you and old reviews most of all reviews are from when springfield was under management RALEIGH IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO NOT SIGN LEASE!
