Rally House Plano

There’s a woman who works there with dark shoulder length hair (maybe slightly shorter), She wears thin framed circular glasses…. She’s rude and has no customer service skills. She almost seemed bothered by our question when we needed help. I’m not saying she has to be overly happy, but try not to look so annoyed when helping customers.

Went in to return a Jersey that was shipped to me in a kid size instead of an adult woman size. Spoke with a lady there she was a complete wise a**, but I did receive my refund. But she was not helpful in trying to help me find anything else!

This is the only store that I could find Houston Astros T shirts and caps in the north Dallas area. I suppose everyone there is a Rangers fan!

Honestly if I could do less than 1 star I would, but I have never In my life encountered such a rude manager that is ungodly rude to her customers and staff. Whoever Vanessa is, I hope your company takes action and does something about the hateful and rude way she treats people around her. Definitely a poor choice from Rally house on making someone of that character a manager. Until she isn’t there me and anyone I know that shops there will be informed and now know to take their business somewhere else where a person can be treated and talked to ad a person. Very disappointed because I know many people that like to shop there but that’s not the only store that has sports products close. Thanks and have a great day!

The store is well stocked, but is not wheelchair accessible in any way. It was hard to navigate through parts of it even walking.
Also, while they had most local teams and colleges, they did not have any TWU gear.

Wow - they have everything. I was looking for a Dallas Stars baseball hat - man did they have the assortment.it was hard to choose with so many cool options.the people were super helpful and I was in and out in a few minutes. If you need any sports logo branded stuff - Pro or college, they have the largest assortment of very cool stuff. The place is packed with great stuff

Stopped by on Christmas Eve. Great service from the staff. Tons and tons of fan gear. Stocked up on some cold weather beanies for my boys. Emily was very courteous at the check out counter.

The store had a lot of merchandise. A great amount to choose from. The staff was very helpful I would go back again

Lots of options for gifts. This store has many college teams represented. I wish there were more cowboys stuff but I still found something nice. Good price range too. Gifts for every budget.

Wow! What an incredible store! It’s absolutely overwhelming the amount of stuff they have. I could spend hours and hundreds of dollars here easily!

I enjoyed my experience at Rally House n Plano, TX with one exception. There was so much stock in the small areas that I was looking that I couldn’t find things that I had seen online. I understand stocking up for the holidays. But, when looking through one stack of Dallas Mavericks T-shirts. There were 8 different styles in one stack. The store was very crowded with shelves/displays making maneuvering in the store difficult

Really good selection for supporting your favorite teams. I do think they have outgrown their location. So packed it's hard to move around without touching something. Highly recommended for hard to find logos and sizes.

No such thing as an even exchange at this store. Their process, which I still don’t understand, is completely warped. Associates & “management” are beyond confused & not helpful. Ended up just returning & purchasing elsewhere - not worth it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding SMU merchandise. My only complaint was the SMU section was in the back of the store pass Arkansas, Baylor and A&M. SMU should get more respect. Otherwise, I love the store.

Selection was fine (didn’t find what we were originally looking for, but it didn’t end up not mattering), but the “manager” was being so rude and mean to the other workers outside the store and at the cash wrap that I had to leave. I put the items I selected back because it was so awkward.
