I don't know if Allstate is this amazing of an insurance company all together or if I was lucky enough to have Ralph Pena's office to help me but I can't recommend you guys enough.

I hear nightmare stories about insurance companies but my bacon has been saved twice, once in 2014 involving a building fire, once in 2016 involving a burglary.

Next thing you know I come in to have a printing of my insurance policy regarding my renewal of registration and Justin Contreras noticed that I don't drive my car that much and on his own informed me of that, thus taking action that reduces my policy by $300 yearly!

When I asked him why he would voluntarily take actions that would lead to paying less he said Ralph Pena prioritizes ethics. That is a soon to be extinct element in business that I'm glad to experience before it's gone!
