Ramada by Wyndham San Antonio/Near SeaWorld

Unfortunately, I inadvertently gave the wrong review to this hotel, stating it was great. It was not. I do not like to give negative reviews, but I did not have a good experience. There were multiple issues that led me to shorten my stay to only 1 day instead of 2. Management was friendly and respectful, and worked with me to come to a satisfactory resolution. For that I commend them. Hopefully, management will work with the issues to have nothing but positive reviews in the future.

The people who work the check inn are not nice and they banging at ur door way too early for housekeeping.

Best hotel I have stayed at in San Antonio. We were very surprised how good the room and hotel was. Can't wait to go back!

Great place to stay. Very comfy. Very clean easy access off the highway. Efficient. Close to everything.restaurants.stores, etc.

Rooms smelled musty, tubs were dirty, there was a orange stain on one of our white blankets.pool was closed.but the girl at the desk was super nice and personable.

My family and I stayed here for our weekend vacation. Overall, the experience was great for the price. Rooms were clean, and the breakfast was do able! We got a call to see how everything was shortly after checking in, which I thought was cool. Also liked the location because it is in the middle of downtown SA and seaworld!

The hotel is managed independently and franchised from Ramada, and has kept the quality and standard for the price
they have a great deals with SeaWorld and Aquatica park deals be sure to check that out; the only down side would be with the front desk guy (Manager) attitude.

Make sure you have all you need in your room before you take your shoes off. You might be missing SOAP.

Our room had cigarettes burns and a tear in the bedding. The AC was obnoxiously loud and sounded like there was a washing machine in our room.

This place really could have been A Lot Cleaner, the pool wasn't really clean either. I wont stay here again.

Overall it was a decent place to stay. My daughters complained that there was no milk for their cereal in the mornings, And we did have one occurrence where the shower curtain fell off the wall hangers, During the shower. But they were pretty prompt about fixing the problem and I got a very small $12 deduction for the last day, but it was OK

Cheap place to stay, was very Hot in the room when we checked in.
Breakfast was terrible, Coffee too.

Well I stayed home and randy llamas and biancha guerra had they'd affair and even through they now I know they ain't stop

We got there around 2am thinking there was nobody at front desk. After an hour of calls, knocking front desk “Donovan” opened the door half asleep. We booked an non smoke room and we enter a room with cigarette smell. Couldn’t even sleep with a headache.

Looks like it houses more construction workers than tourist going to seaworld. It's about 6 miles from seaworld. Not hard to get there from hotel, but at the end of running around the park in the heat I think I'd get a closer hotel next time if possible. With that being said. The rooms were great. The room was Clean and beds were comfy and sheets and comforter were also clean. We didn't eat breakfast there so can't share experience.

Friendly staff and clean room. Nice comfortable bed and our stay was pretty good. Breakfast was okay. I was expecting a waffle from the reviews. They did not have waffles when we stayed. They did have biscuits, egg patties, toast, yogurt, apples and oranges, little debby snacks, and cereal. They also had apple and orange juice. Overall the stay was good and I don't have any complaints.

This place is affordable with nice desk workers and a serviceable breakfast. That is all that I can say for it. We had no weather stripping on our door so bugs kept getting in and you heard every noise.of which there were many. Seems like a motel where workers stay at when on the road so there are a million work trucks and loud groups of smoking and drinking roughnecks. Tons of rude travelers too. Examples.guy that sat outside reving his motorcycle at 130 am, dude with the unmuffled truck and guy that blocked the way out with his trailer. The cherry on top was the huge almost brawl across the way at 3 in the morning. Yes, these are gather all your friends, get hammered and fight type motels! And also, bums are everywhere so not very family friendly.
But it is close to Sea World
