Had chicken pulav at midnight. Good quality and Quantity. Tea seems to be better than near by places.

We wanted to dine and ordered a biryani but they packed it. This has happened a lot of times when we visited. Food is great but we don’t like the service at all. When the bill is 25$. Some girl who’s working there told us that it’s 36$. Trying to steal money?

When I asked a question I was laughed at, the food was disgusting and I was overcharged. Don’t waste your money eating here.

A girl who’s working there asked me to share my card number and cvv to pay the bill. She even calculated the bill wrong. I had to correct her. Great food but wrong people are working there

Recent Dining Experience

Dear Manager,

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent dining experience at your restaurant. On 5th Nov 2023, my party of 5 patrons visited your establishment at approximately 1: 30 am. We were eager to enjoy a meal and placed our order with the receptionist.

Unfortunately, what followed was a rather disappointing experience. The receptionist informed us that there would be a brief waiting period, which we understood and accepted. However, we waited for an excessive duration of one and a half hours without any update on the status of our order. Feeling quite hungry and anxious, we decided to approach the receptionist to inquire about our order's progress.

To our dismay, it was brought to our attention that our order had been completely forgotten. This oversight not only resulted in a significant waste of our time but also left us feeling quite hungry and dissatisfied with our overall dining experience.

I believe it is essential for any establishment to provide a reasonable level of service and ensure that orders are processed efficiently, especially during late-night hours. Such lapses in service can adversely affect the reputation of the restaurant and, more importantly, the satisfaction of its customers.

I am writing this review not with the intention of criticism, but as a means to highlight an issue that, in my opinion, needs attention and improvement. I hope that this feedback can be constructive and help the restaurant management address and rectify any shortcomings in their service.

I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and use it to enhance the dining experience for all your valued customers.

I order chicken dum biryani and ulavacharu biryani
But these idiots send me 2 chicken pulavs and more over not even responding to my call
Worst expereince ever

Biryani was a combination of rice and chicken 65. I didn't like the taste. I had to wait for a long time to get the food. Ambience was mediocre.

I prefer takeout from this place, because I like there goat biryani, but the place was not good to sit there and have the food.

Never order from door dash or uber eat. Never fall for the photos you see on the page. Poor presentation and un managed food.

Today we ordered chiken biryani.it was very tasteless and full of oil.chicken pieces like a rubbery. I never ate this type of biryani. I give 0 star not 1 star.totally waste restaurant.hopeless biryani.never visit Rammayya.we should have understood as there is no one.time to close business

Vedu tagi biryani chasinatu unadu……worst biryani i tasted till now in my 8years in USA never try this store for biryanis

I just callled in put in a complaint about my food being really watery and they pretended like my order didn't exist.like okay.tell your food is bad without telling me your food is bad. Anyway 0/10 would Not eat here again.

Just ordered from this place cause I was craving chicken biryani and it’s was worst biryani. And the chicken tastes and looks fried chicken on the bottom. Disappointed. Even the pictures they have shown is totally different. Please

Overall poor establishment, customer service was horrible. Cancelled my order because they didn’t have the food but watch me sit in the parking lot. Then stated I was going to tell you but….

Me along with my friends came to restaurant on 07/20 at night 11 around …. Every thing we ordered was stale and foul smell and owner responded to give another set of 5 Biriyanis they are spoiled too …. There were another two gentleman came saying their food is spoiled too …. We walked out of that place immediately leaving the food as it is …… worst food
