I decided to try this place after many good reviews and let me begin with customer service it was horrible. The food noodles were uncooked a little hard and tasteless broth. Will never go again waste of money. I ordered TONKOTSU ORIGINAL was not even hot. Waste of money did not meet my expectations. I do not recommend it.

The best, most delicious ramen I've ever had in my life. Place is definitely worth going to, and going to it again and again.

Absolute perfection. Service is fast and friendly. This combo of items added to the #1 blew me away. Taste for yourself

Best place to get Ramen in Austin hands down. Love the atmosphere. About on par for price with other shops in the area but the flavor is phenomenal.

Wow! The best place to come to if this is a) your first time trying ramen.b) if you truly look out for a safe covid dine-in experience. Outdoor dining only and they clean the tables after each guest. The server was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for us first-timers. All ordering and payments are done through a QR code located at each table. Super speedy and easy to use, as well as not having to hand your payment method to anyone else. Safer for us and for the staff! I swear we didn’t wait more than five minutes for our food. Very yummy. I would suggest asking about the additional food bombs (the lil plates pictured on the right) on the menu because there’s no description for those.

I like to come here and assert my dominance since no one else around me seems to finish their bowls completely, mine is bone dry when the smoke clears. Seriously though, this is where you want to be if you would like actual ramen. Can be noisy and crowded, but I just focus on the food and its alright.

We waited about 25 minutes to be seated. BUT WOW was it worth the wait. Drove about a hour and a half to try this place out and it absolutely did not disappoint! By far the best ramen I have ever had. Super friendly staff for how busy they were. If you are reading this review you NEED to try this place out!

The food is good, but the line is long and after sitting for 40 minutes, we were asked to leave because people were waiting. Good food but not good if you actually intend to socialize while there

One of my favorite places for ramen and lunch. Sometimes there is a wait, but it is definitely worth it. I have never been disappointed with any of the options and have yet to have a bad experience.

Out of all the ramen I've tried here in Texas, this place has the closest thing to the ramen I used to eat back when I lived in Japan. Not exact of course, but close! The flavor is there and the broth is good. Long wait time, but worth it. Would definitely eat here again.

Not bad, but I would recommend to take extra toppings with tsukemen as the original one is not enough. Also, the broth in tsukemen was warm, but it would've been much better if it was actually hot.

This is the Original Ramen Tatsu-ya. It's a tiny place and sometimes there's a wait but it's totally worth it. The broth is hearty and all the fixings are fresh and flavorful! Great food for those cold winter nights or if you're under the weather, haha.

I had tried this place at the Ramen expo originally and fell in love. The bowls are like a work of art. Dont plan on ordering it to go, they dont package your food for you. Their drinks are not what we are accustomed too either. Water, green tea or Asian or Mexican sodas also a few Sake cocktails and Japanese beer.

Very good ramen! The broth has great flavor. The noodles weren’t as good as some of the places I have been to, however. They were pretty thin and seemed almost undercooked. Still delicious!

This place is great! The serving team is very kind, and quick to explain dishes if you haven't been before. The soundtrack was amazing, made for great atmosphere, and last but not least, the food ROCKED! Will definitely be making this a regular spot!

This is always my first stop when arriving in Austin! The tonkotsu ramen with extra chashu and a corn bomb. To die for! The line speaks for the caliber of the food. There is almost always a line to be seated, but it's totally worth it! The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. If you stop and experience it, you will have a new favorite!

Absolutely everything isamazing. Love the industrial modern decor. Service isgreat. Food is indescribably delicious. Every broth isa work of art. The menu is Vegan to carnivore. I can take the entire family to eat. There is usually a line that moves quickly. It's a good chance to make new friends.

This is my favorite ramen place by far in Austin. Pictured is the number 2 with extra chashu (pork belly). Try the number 1 or 2 if you like pork bone broth and pork belly. Their sweet and sour yodas are great too! Sometimes there is a line but it usually takes less than about 20 minutes to get inside and order.

Some of the best ramen i've had here in Austin. Space is kinda small so there may be a line out the door and a decent wait time but the quality of the ramen here totally makes it worth the wait.
