In February 2021 we bought a bedroom. We asked the Ramirez furniture store to keep it in the warehouse while our house was under construction and they said that it was okay for us to notify them 2 weeks before to make sure that they were going to have it if not to order it and have it on time and now that we wanted it They did not want to make the delivery because we did not have their original receipt and that was their excuse for not giving us anything, not even something of the same value. We showed them the receipts where the bedroom was being paid with the finance company, but they did not accept it either. My husband had to call the bank and see if it is resolved but we have to wait 90 days and they did not cooperate to resolve the situation faster. Notice to be careful if you book something with them and pay for it, keep your receipt because they do not give you anything later and that is their excuse, although it is not valid because they should also have a record of the items they are supposed to sell. They had the nerve to send a letter to the bank saying that the bedroom had already been delivered when they themselves told us that they would not give us anything and of course they did not give us anything. Later we raised a fraud report to the police but they did not follow up. They never showed us a proof of delivery because they didn't have it, they never delivered anything. The letter they sent was only so that the bank would not return the money to us.syncrony bank

Just went on Sunday to purchase full bed set with frame. Know the worker with incompetent brain when doing my purchase want to know why i say this because I just got delivered the frame and no bed set I guess I was not clear in off at the store so can the owner get better employees because I am so unsatisfied with service thank you
