We preplanned the funeral arrangements for an elderly family member about two years ago. At the time of our loved ones passing a few weeks ago, Brock and his team made sure that our plans were addressed and taken care of in a caring and extremely professional manner. Throughout the process, nothing fell through the cracks or was not addressed. That is why I can only offer the highest recommendation for the team at the Ramsey funeral home.

They arranged for a prompt cremation, whereas two other funeral homes wanted us to wait for six or so weeks. Ramsey Funeral Home arranged for our family to do the last rites just as we wanted to perform.

The staff at Ramsey took great care of our family in addition to our deceased father. They were very caring and flexible as we worked with them on various arrangements for our father. They called frequently with updates and to ask how we were doing and helped us every step of the way.

Planning a memorial was uncharted territory for me and Brock patiently led me through every step. He promptly responded to phone calls and texts and worked magic getting every aspect of the service to come together. He arranged Military Honors on VERY short notice and was able to retrieve a video for the service that had proved almost impossible to procure. When I couldn’t make decisions he utilized his expertise in choice of photos as well as the order of service. His handling of the service was professional and extremely respectful of our loss. I can’t explain it but dealing with Brock and the Ramsey team just felt right, like family. I am grateful and blessed beyond measure having had them at my side. I highly recommend them.
