Owner was very rude to our party of 5. We requested a table and they only have one table for more than 4 people. All staff we encountered were rude except for the host. Definitely would not recommend this place due to bad service and entitlement from owner.

If you're looking for great diner food, this place is where you need to be! Old school salad bar with a little bit of everything, baked potatoes, and yummy (not too greasy) food.it all brought back memories of eating out with my family when I was a kid!

Great breakfast. The food was great n enjoyed listening to oldies music while eating. Waitresses were very nice. Will definitely b back.

A excellent place to eat! Sunday Turkey and and dressing was so good service was excellent also even though they were packed.make sure you get your fix of Turkey and dressing you do not have to wait till Thanksgiving!

Super nice people. Soup was good. Overall food is just ok. Jumbo Shrimp too well done and dry. Pretty tasteless. Drinks kinda weak and expensive. Not crowded. Usually when we drive by the parking lot is full. Maybe it's because we ate at 2: 30?

Awesome place, simple, clean, fast service, home cooked, had breakfast here, best we had in a while, waitress Awesome too, we will be back

I am visiting my Dad and he loves this place. This place is right across the street from Detar Hospital where my step mom is in the ICU. The staff is incredibly friendly. The food is good, but the star of this show is the staff. My Dad and step mom probably eat here 10 times a week and it really fells like home. Thank you so much for your incredible kindness towards my family.

I keep trying this place (maybe every few years) and am always disappointed. Food was so greasy and overcooked I couldn't even pretend to eat it.

The breakfast steak is huge.plenty of food but my server went on break in the middle of my meal so I had no drink half the time. I would still recommend eating here though, the food was tasty and everyone seemed friendly

Our food was delicious and never had to wait for a refill. Our waitress was so incredibly helpful and patient. She told us she usually works nights but we were "blessed" with her as our waitress Saturday morning! Great service, friendly staff, and good food.we will definitely be returning.

I started as a dish washer there in the middle 60ies and moved up to breakfast and making cinnamon rolls with Mrs Mary. Mrs and Mr Ramsey should be honored that the restaurant is still there. Great food and memories especially when Mr Lenz would have breakfast with his buddies.

I would not recommend this Restaurant to anyone. The Manager/ Owner was very unprofessional to his employee. The waitress was trying to pour a draft beer for a customer. Instead of properly showing the correct way, he just yelled at her and belittle her. We order our food, what was on the items of Special for the day. One of them they did not have. He yells at the waitress, in front of us telling her they did not have the burrito dish, and just to give him tacos, they were out for weeks. He did not care we were there and hearing him be rude about the order. The young lady was so embarrassed, and blushing. I stood up and told him, what was his problem being so hateful and rude. He told me it was not none of my business. Which I told him it was since it was our food order he was yelling and being rude about. I told him he was very rude and there was no need for him embarrassing the waitress. We left and paid for our drinks, that we didn't even drink. I did not want any problems. The only people I did see there were the elderly which, they probably don't have much of a choice of restaurants to go too. Even if we did get our food, I could not bear to eat there hearing his obnoxious and rude attitude. God bless that poor young waitress, for dealing with his hateful attitude.

It was good. I got the cheeseburger, my husband the cold roast beef sandwich and both our kids got the enchilada plate with lettuce and tomatoes. Our waitress wasn't very friendly so that's why I gave them three stars

Like every other DAY AND in the USA. We go there because it is Handy. Not because the prices are lower than the other stores like they used to be.
