The interior was modern in a rustic style. Could be suited for numerous occasions. People were friendly.

We had our wedding here on October 7 and I can say Kim has really thought of it all. This venue is budget friendly but with everything you could need. We were able to borrow decorations (which saved us a ton). Mike was our Bartender for the night and was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for a better venue for my special day. It was absolutely beautiful. Thank you Kim and Mike for helping our day be perfect.

Great place to celebrate your birthday or graduation, or any party, patio with artificial grass, nice suite to get ready, big space, I wet to a quinceañera and it was great.

This is one of the best places to have birthday parties, weddings, or a big family reunion I would highly recommend using Ranch 82

Just attended a beautiful wedding at this event center. Big, well maintained indoor area. Pretty outdoor pavilion next to a small lake.

We made our first trip out here from Farmersville, for the murder mystery dinner. The entire experience was amazing, from the welcome greeting, to the food served, and the whole operations. Everyone there was great, the workers, and the other participants.

We are looking forward to returning again soon!

Fantastic event center. We went for the spring market days. It was a nice day out with lots of local vendors.

I attended a friends wedding there last week at the ranch 82 venue, it's was just okay, nothing special, personally I wouldn't recommend it.

Owner is very special and the venue is amazing. We so appreciate all they have done for our event.

Nice place. But The staff that attends are very unfriendly, they offend by saying that you cannot take anything from the place.first they show the place very kindly after you already rented the place they are angry and they are just watching everything that is done in the place they do not allow you to feel comfortable and they are seeing everything that is done at the time of the party and they are just angry
