Ranch at City Park Apartments, Houston TX

Quiet, no drama, nice pool, good amount of parking spaces, ALL of my maintenance requests gets done in a good timing/no long wait, literally all of my concerns gets handled & resolved, and the staff are ALWAYS nice to me….
like LITERALLY, even if I come in upset, they acknowledge me and try to help. And they fix whatever it was I was mad at.

I effs with office staff and Property Manager tuff.

Cars are stolen and broken in to on the regular. Management does not take any ownership. Instead they send out an email basically placing all the responsibility on the residents. They basically tell you that it is your responsibility to stay safe and to not reach out to them with any concerns but instead call 911 or someone else. There use to be a security guard but it’s been months since he was last here. The security entrance gate is always messing up and remains open for everyone to come in and out as they please wether they live here or not. Apartments have potential but before that they need to get a new management team who will actually take some accountability for things going on in the complex and the owner to step up and address the safety concerns of his residents.

America & Jamie are the best and they’re always available for questions. The community is very clean and maintenance responds to repairs quickly.
