Ranch View Townhomes, Greenville TX

I moved in June 2022 and had a great experience. They have all kinds of events for tenants for holidays and what not. I thought the gym was super nice (I went there a couple of times) the pool is open until 10 which I enjoyed because I liked to go at night whenever no one was there. Any time I ever had any sort of maintenance issue they came very quickly. I even got a new dishwasher whenever I submitted a request because mine was leaking (it continued to leak but I just put a towel down) one time they even fixed my loose lock on the front door! I loved my balcony and closet on my balcony. All my neighbors were pretty nice and it seemed like a very safe environment. No one ever bothered me. If any pest control was needed to be done they put a notice out letting you know like a week ahead I think it was. I definitely recommend Mary to do your lease she’s super super nice. I never had any issues with any of the other managers. They provided dog poop bags and the landscaping was always kept nice. The property is big enough to take a nice long walk and there are ample places to walk your dog. They have pretty strict pet requirements but honestly I noticed a lot of pets that were outside their restrictions. I had no credit whenever I applied and surprisingly I got approved! Nothing but good things to say!

I went to go see if I can look at a preview of the townhomes and the lady at the office was with a family, so me and my husband kindly waiting for her to finish and after they were finished we asked her if it was possible to see a TOWN HOME and she rudely replied that we needed to make an appointment, but mind you me and my husband had already came like 2 weeks ago and saw the apartment they had for preview and we didn’t have an appointment, So then she asked us for our id’s … and gave us the key to an APARTMENT we had already seen. So that was just a waste of time.
When we came back from realizing she gave us the key to an apartment this other lady was also rude and walked away when I was talking to her … and the apartments look old from inside and the carpets look dirty and the walls and stair rails are sticky… it was just all a bad experience for our first time.

I thought these townhomes looked really nice and secure. The heavy aroma of cigarettes and weed in the air was undoubtedly nauseating. I rather not even want to guess the cost of living expenses here.

I moved in here in September of 2020. And this has been the most amazing community I've ever lived in. The management works with you. And I couldn't have found a better place to live. 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes.

This is probably the worst place in Greenville to live. The old lady & Selena are very very ignorant and have very VERY thick skulls. We had 3 different appointments. The 1st one was the viewing & Selena was chill, 2nd time we dealt with the old bitter woman & she didn't want to process our application & the 3rd final time, round 2 to submit our application, Selena was VERY different and was even dressed like the old lady & was repeating everything she had said like she was her pet. They made the assumption that we were gonna yell at them if we got denied, they cannot read paystubs correctly or read at all, & customer service they lack completely. I'm going to make the assumption that they think very low of everyone living or wanting to live there based on how they spoke to us and their residents on the phone. They even park in future resident parking lmao. These being low income housing I didn't expect the viewing to be all that great. Submitted the application & soon after decided not to move forward at all.

We wanted to live here so bad. The girl at the office, Selena, was not welcoming and was very condescending. We told her we had five years of rental history and she asked us if we know what a money order is. How would we not know lol. Anyway, we didn’t even get accompanied by anyone to tour the apartment, she just gave us a key for us to tour alone. Maybe if someone had gone with us they would’ve noticed the roaches all over the kitchen. These apartments look nice over the highway but with a big factory right behind it, that air quality can’t be good.
