I absolutely love these apartments! They feel like homes almost. The staff is beyond amazing, Randy and Crystal are the sweetest! Maintenance is always right on time to fix anything I need done. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Thank you Rancho deluna for making me and my kids always feel at home!

I would like to thank Randi n Crystal for going above n beyond for my daughter n granddaughter! They stayed in contact with her all day today to make sure she was able to move in today! Randi n crystal thank u! I really appreciate y’all! N my granddaughter is very happy!

Great staff and apartment complex along with the location of out of the city. Priced reasonable, you won't find a better place

I visted these apartments years ago and they were so rude. I gave them a second chance and the manager blew me away! She Very nice and knowledgeable. The apts look so good inside and out, I think I've found my new home! Thank you Brandy

I've been trying to reach someone at the office for the last 2 weeks. I've left several voice mails requesting a call back and no one has called me back.

The landscaping in the property needs serious attention. I called the last week, and they claimed the property manager is working on it. In my opinion they're not. There's family with kids living in the property, and they can't come out and play. The pool has been closed since May 7th, haven't received an email saying it has been reopened. I'm not a very happy resident. The property looks abandoned. If, I was a new resident looking for a place to live, I'd turned around at the leasing office.

Great service! Fixed the problem and explained what caused it. This time I feel the problem is fixed vs.previous maintenance. Thank you!

My fiance and I just moved in and this is by far my favorite complex I've lived in. I've been to multiple apartments in the last 10 years and none have felt at home like this place. Randi in the office helped us out tremendously and helped us every step of the way. Super friendly from the minute we walked in the office. Ran into the maintenance gentlemen and all have been friendly and asked about the unit and if we needed anything. This feels more like a small neighborhood or cul-de-sac. I highly recommend these apartments. Very quiet and in a nice location is the cherry on top.
