First time going to him, and I totally love his professionalism, and I'm comforted by his examination. I love the time he took with me, and explaining things to me. I want to keep him as my primary doctor.

Since I have been under Dr. Barnes care for at least the last 30 or 40 years and he has pulled me out of many illnesses, I guess that is why I feel he so great. He and his staff are wonderful people and take great care of my health. My visit was as usual as my previous statement above.

Very unrushed and through. I had the best and most complete exam I’ve had for years. Feeling very comfortable and confident about seeing Dr. Barnes.

Appointment was at 11: 00 arrived 15 minutes early as requested. 12: 00 comes around I ask if they forgot about me, they said o your next! Take me back sit me in the room for another 45 minutes.

Doctor Barnes and his intake nurse are absolutely wonderful! They worked very well with my elderly father and made him feel comfortable during the process. Both were very pleasant and professional. We were confident in Dr. Barnes' assessment and believe he is a good fit for my dad. His receptionist Tracy was equally as welcoming and very helpful during a situation created by another very unpleasant, unprofessional and rude co-worker - Paige. If we based our opinion on our interaction with Paige, this office would rate "0" stars! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE Female!

I've been seeing Dr. Barns for 4 years now. He's on top it and the nurses are a wonderful addition to his practice. Robby

Dr.and nurses were friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment on short notice.

DR. Barnes was great as always, best Dr. In Granbury and Fort Worth. Just didnt care for the 4 hr. Wait. My appointment was at 9: 15, didnt get seen until 12: 30. Didnt care for the 4 hour wait, especially since I got there at 8: 30 in the morning.

Recent move to Granbury and needed a PCP. Dr Barnes was highly recommended and is also my husbands PCP. My first visit was very thorough and he is very knowledgable. The wait time is long but been told call a little before appt time and you will be given an estimate of wait time to judge when to go. My concern is my 2 mo followup, after having many tests run and medication change, was changed 3 times. How a doctor chooses to run his practice is of course his concern and with a huge patient load, I guess it’s a personal decision as to whether to take the good with the bad. We will see.

My appointment was at 4: 15. I was told to arrive at 3: 45, which I did. I was requested to go into a patient room at 4: 10 and then sat in patient room until 5: 15 when Dr finally arrived with no apologies for being late. Spent about 5 minutes going through my test results then sent me on my way. They expect patients to be on time to appointments, Dr’s should return the same expectation of being on time. At least apologize for being late. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed in my visit.

This guy is consistently 3 (THREE) hours behind schedule. Never apologized. Complete disrespect for his patients.

Dr. Barnes did a very professional job. Very pleased with him. A credit to the medical profession.

Dr Barnes is a great diagnostician and will refer you to specialists if asked.
Super quiet, runs very late for appts. If you need in/out quickly he is not your man
