Anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru should contact Cameron at Randall Noe. I have dealt with him 2 times and both times have been the most easy car buying experience and he provides you with courtesy and actually acts like he wants and appreciates your business which is very hard to find these days.

Randall Noe Subaru is a great customer experience. They were great to buy a car from and to get continued service from. Took my car in for an oil change and they let me know I needed my brakes serviced. They even showed me the worn brake pads to prove they weren't just trying to get more money out of me. The new building in Rockwall is comfortable and a fantastic place to wait for your vehicle to be serviced.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE WORKED ON. They will break it and try and charge you for it. I have owned my 05 Sti for 12 years now. I have done one passenger side air recall and now there is another. So I schedule an appointment to get this taken care of. When I got there, they checked in my car with no airbag lights on my dash. I have never had an airbag light on my dash, beside the few seconds at startup (normal). I came back a few hours later to pickup my car, 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday. When I started my car the airbag light came on but never went off. Know that they were about to close. I drove home thinking I could just disconnect my battery and it would reset, this didn't happen. What dealership calls you and tells you that your car is ready with a warning light on the dash? A warning light for the item that they were suppose to fix, plus now I am driving without airbags because of this issue, not safe. To me, that sounds like someone was not paying attention and doing their job or know how to do their job. I called the dealership Monday about this issue, they told me to run it in and they would take care of it. After a little while with my car in the shop.they tell me that only one of their guys can work on my car and he was busy with another one. They couldn't even find someone that could read the codes off my ECU. They forced me into leaving my car and taking a loaner. I kept trying to find a time they could work on it without taking a loaner because I don't like leaving my car overnight if I don't have to.it is a secondary car. They called me the next day saying I would have to pay a fee to find out what is wrong and then decide if I wanted to fix it. When a car is checked in with no airbag lights on and they are working on the airbags.and now the airbag light is on.how is this my fault? Why should it cost me money to find out what they did to cause this problem? Whatever they did caused the light to turn on because it was not that way when I brought it to them. Reusing to pay for the diagnostic fee. I picked up my car with the light still on. I explained to the adviser my frustration and he told me that he would call me back the next day with an answer. Guess what? He didn't call. Now it seems to be my problem to get fixed and cost me money for their faulty work. Please don't go here and be trapped into paying money for something you didn't cause. Poor customer service and a con to get money from customers.

I took my Subaru in for its regular maintenance, but was immediately advised that the work wasn't necessary since the car was below the expected mileage range (newer synthetic oils don't decay with time). So, to make the most of my maintenance package I was told to hold off. I appreciated the honesty and the friendliness of the service staff there.

I took my Outback here when the valve body went out in the transmission. My service advisor, Alex is great, he is a true miracle worker. I was in and out of there in just a couple days and he had a loaner car ready for me when I got there. He knew exactly what was going on with the car and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.

We had some noise from the front wheels. Other dealerships have looked at it but Randall Noe found the issue quickly (tire cupping - rotate those tires).

It was a great experience. Since this is our third Subaru we have experienced a few different dealerships and this one stands above the rest.

This is the second time I have brought it in for an oil change and was greeted with excellent customer service by Stephen. Great staff very friendly got right to my car and had it washed and detailed before returning. As a mechanic I have zero complaints on their service techns and the work they have done which is rare for ne so I kbow my car is in great hands. Thank Subaru for such excellent care of my car.

These guys are fantastic. I bought a used Forester from here in September 2018. Jack worked even while home with a sick kid to help me find a car when I was in a time crunch. Everyone was no pressure, laid back, yet knowledgeable and eager to help in any way they can. Would recommend this dealership (and Jack!) to anyone and everyone. Thanks again guys!

Purchased my Impreza from the folks over at Randall Noe Subaru last week and was exceedingly pleased with the way I was treated by their staff. Even the dreaded finance department was no hassle, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything I wasn't interested in. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vehicle.

We loved the entire experience at Randall Noe Subaru! Brent was our Salesman and he had a lot of patience with us as we made our decision on what Subaru to purchase. The showroom was huge and had a large variety to choose from. We will definitely be using this dealership again!

I would recommend Randall Noe to anyone that is looking for a good deal on a Subaru. I could not find a better deal elsewhere.

The whole experience was simple. I was pleased that Austin and the rest of the sales team didn’t play any of the typical games that you will see at most dealerships. We agreed on a price, went to the finance office and finished up. Simple.
