Randall's employees at this store were not truthful with me. I won't do business with those who make representations that are later proven to be false. Heads up store manager. Same stuff here. Some things never change. Casis Center has changed hands. Hopefully, now they will tow the Elementary parents who park there illegally.

Go have Jenice help you with your flower arrangements. She took time and care to make our arrangements look lovely. She’s excellent.

I have always preferred Randall's over HEB or Walmart. Always friendly, short lines, quick in and out, and good hot food section.

Insane that a small neighborhood market across from a school and on a bike path doesn’t have any dedicated bicycle parking. Installing a bike rack is a 1 hour job - locking up on a trash can isn’t a nice experience.

Gosh im going to the heb from now on. The staff here are reluctant to help find anything. They will deflect or make excuses or point blank refuse to check inventory even. Its obvious they dont want to work but rather stand around and feel bored.

Shopping was good, but the employee in the store was pretty rude. This person seemed to have a problem using the word "excuse me" and seemed as if they were racist. It's a shame, but what can you do.smh. Young guy too.

I came in for a scheduled interview after applying in indeed and was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism. No one was aware of the open position, my application nor my interview. I was not given notice that the interviewer called out. The employees that spoke with me were unapologetic and asked me to come back tomorrow without giving me any time or contact information for the management that I’d be speaking with. Looks like I dodged a bullet working here!

I love my a.w. Grimes Randall's, it's close to home, staff is always smiling and kind, security at the door is nice and friendly, sale prices on groceries keeps me coming back. Good job Randall's

My insurance gives me a healthy benefits food card every month and suddenly it's not working at Randal's.
I went all the way there from down town and had to leave my groceries and go to Walmart and it worked fine.
I hate having to go to Walmart but they said at Randal's it was the card and not them? Now I'm afraid to go back and have to use my debit when the card is working fine.

I just want to say that the produce aisle was so clean and lovely this morning.
Not one fruit out of place.
Good job to whoever stocks that area! Something about it just made me feel clean and safe. Lol.

Traveling from another state it was good to see a familiar store. It was the only “regular” grocery store we could find in the immediate vicinity of our AirBnB, the rest being organic and/or specialty.

I was pleasantly surprised to see Randall’s was essentially the same as Safeway which is our usual grocery choice back home (Pacific NW). In fact, it allowed me to use my rewards number at checkout as well. Bonus!

The only downside, which is the reason I dropped one star, is the unfortunate issue of having many bare shelves. I know they cannot help it and this is an issue everywhere. However, it’s pretty severe here. One example was their entire milk cooler was empty with exception of 1 Whole milk gallon (which I purchased) and 3 fat free gallon size. No half gallons or anything else. There were several “Silk” type milks available but aside from that, empty. I’m not sure if I came on the last day before delivery or if this is typical of the economy right now but it was sparse at best. Also very limited bread options.

Plenty of other things like canned and boxed foods were available though. Again, I cannot blame them for these issues so please do not take my review as something negative for them in general.

Otherwise, the store was clean and easy to find everything.

Decent specials but their prices are even higher than most convience stores. Super high prices for an average grocery store in my opinion.

Love the store and its location. However, I didn’t like the poor service at the register. So boldly racist- I shopped for chocolate for a Christmas work party and the person at the register never greeted me but had the audacity to say “I don’t like dark chocolate”. Like first off WHO ASKED YOU what you liked or disliked. I just smiled and left … will not be returning to this location!

This is a smaller store so I feel like they don't have as much as other locations, but it was fine to run in and grab a few things.

Clean and quaint grocery store. Employees are kind and they have a good variety of fresh food!
