Beware of the contract agreement they ask you to sign. Its a 36 month contract and they will lock you in. If you want to cancel they are asking to pay 35$ per month for the remaining months of the contract. You can get the best services outside for the best prices. Don't fall into this trap. While installing the security system the technician said we can cancel anytime we want. We realized that this service is way too expensive and i wanted to cancel it. When i called them they are asking me to pay 35$ per month for rest of 30 months. Its a big scam and please avoid this company.

We were able to get someone to come check out our system quickly. Zack was the tech who came and he made my entire day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, quick and you can tell he truly enjoys and is great at his job. Zack’s visit was effective and also so pleasant.
