This place is great. They are diligent and fair with their prices. Very knowledgeable of car problems and will work to get you the best price on parts.

They could use a sign on the building. The only way i knew they were there was because one of their tow trucks towed my car once and the driver recommended i take it here for service. Every since then, i always take it here.

I had Donnell pick up my vehicle today after several others had been unable to do the job. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Rapid Auto Towing and Tires and Donnell anytime!

I just got my car back from the dealership then 3 days later everything just stopped working no power or anything so i called insurance and they dispatched Rapid Auto. Jean was a super nice, professional caring individual. He was there in under 15 minutes (I know I was lucky) and took care of loading my car and taking it back to the dealership! I have his card and I will always request my insurance call them. Great service and a kind gentlemen.

Customer service is the best! Nick kept me posted on expectations & arrival time. He was very friendly & courteous! He went above and beyond to make sure my service needs were met!

Rapid Auto was fabulous! I was "rescued" from the parking lot of the hospital where I had been caring for my partner for the previous 3 days and 2 sleepless nights, and did not have the bandwidth to figure out how to solve the problem of a non-running car that was miles away from my home and usual resources for things like this. The tow driver was so kind, walked me through my options, and basically took care of everything after that. It was such a relief after several really stressful days to feel like someone was taking care of me and my car.

A wrecker driver named “D”, and that’s all I got due to him not telling me his last name or even his real first name! He was putting my car up onto the bed and damaged my 2 lower Carbon Fiber side skirts. He told me after I sent all the pictures not to mention all the texts with him stating “I bought them and can’t control delivery”. So I called the place he first said he bought them from and No Record of any sales! So a blatant lie and then said well I ordered them from another shop! Another lie and this company Rapid Auto has not answered nor called back or any correspondence for that matter due to he was driving one of their trucks leaving them just as liable as him! Very shady and at all costs go with another towing company! I literally just had to file a lawsuit against “D” and Rapid Auto Towing and Tires! SMH…!

I wish I could give Rapid Auto more than 5 stars! I originally took my SUV to firestone to check out a headlight issue I was having and when I picked my car up it completely broke down on me and the power steering went out. I went through my insurance for a tow company and they sent Nick out to pick it up from my house and tow it back to firestone so they could figure what they did. Well they screwed my car up even worse! Nick picked it back up from firestone and brought it here and they took care of everything and gave me a discount because they felt so bad. Everything is working again and I am so unbelievably grateful. Nick was so awesome in this horrible, stressful, situation and we will be life long customers now. Nick was so kind and compassionate. Thank you all again for fixing my car and bringing it back to me! I am so so grateful!

My 1958 truck died and needed desperate carburetor service. The fuel lines had failed, and their mechanic knew just what to do. AnneMarie got us in.fixed and out of there within 3 days. It would have been 2 days if I hadn't forgotten to leave them the keys to the truck.

Damian is a life saver! He was so patient even with high traffic on beltway comming to save my car (I work as a teacher at harmony public schools) he was excellent with communication and super friendly! He stayed so respectful and professional helping me and getting through the chaos of so many cars! He was so helpful and saved me from other companies who didnt bother with me! He gave me the best customer service! He is an angel! Never have I seen someone so respectful and patient especially in Houston heat! I'm so fortunate he came my way! 100% I will be coming back! Definition of rapid: happening in a short time or at a fast pace. This does not describe my experience with Rapid Auto Towing & Tire. In fact I waited for over 2 hours on the side of I45 and they didn’t show. Their contact number is useless. The vm box is full and no other contact options. Do not recommend.

Tow was called in at 10a with a 60 min arrival time. Still waiting and the number provided they won’t answer for me or the office

HORRIBLE customer service! Scheduled a tow at 10: 30am to have my vehicle picked up and taken 10 miles down the street. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. 6 hours later and multiple calls being ignored they finally showed up. When I asked the driver about the delay he said there were more important calls infront of me. Excuse you? You have no idea how important it was for me to have my car towed and if it was going to take 6 hours you should have communicated with me! I went through my insurance company and had no way to change the company or I would have! I have filed a formal complaint with my insurance and can only hope no one else has to deal with this type of delay with no communication when getting a vehicle towed. Absolutely ridiculous!

Had a positive experience that I wouldn’t expect from many people. Busted all 5 lugs in the front passenger side wheel and Jay was able to help me. Only needed to move the car about 5 feet or so to get it into a parking spot and out of the way so that I could fix it. The car was too low because of the front splitter preventing him from being able to get a flatbed under it. He got his Jack and between my two little two ton jacks and his big 10 ton Jack, we were able to push the car out of the way and get it parked. Absolutely phenomenal service as he could’ve just said he couldn’t do it. 10/10 would recommend if every driver there is like him.

Great customer service. My only complaint is that the driver arrived without tow dollies, which meant he had to drag my car up on the ramp, which made me cringe.

I had an amazing positive experience with this company, and tow truck driver Mervin in particular.he arrived extremely quickly, was very knowledgeable and personable with me. I highly recommend this company and plan on using them anytime in the future for any of the services they offer. AA+!

My auto insurance company sent my car to this place because it says it works 24 hours a day (towing only). Of course, the driver who towed my car was very concerned about my safety and that of my broken car stranded late at night. The next day they could not resolve the situation with my car but they explained everything well to me and my car was well taken care of and protected. Of course, since early in the morning I was calling this place and the communication was terrible, they never answered, I had to show up in person. Too bad this ruins its good image!
