Rapid Recovery, Tyler TX

We got in quickly, the nurse was very helpful at helping us decide which IV treatment to use for my daughters illness. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Although we didn’t watch TV because my daughter was sleeping, it was nice so have the option. Great experience, we will go back.

Took my 17 yr.old daughter in because she was feeling run down and had dance competition to complete in, she needed a boost to help her perform. She performed beautifully, it gave her just what she needed.thank you Rapid Recovery for getting her in

Very professional. I was feeling really run down from work, running and seasonal allergies. I received the Rockstar IV. The next day I felt much better.

I had a great experience here. I did the Rockstar treatment yesterday after feeling sick the few days before. Today, I feel much better.

Yesterday, I called RR Tyler and requested an in-home IV, as I'd been feeling sick for 3 days. They responded quickly and professionally, and a nurse was at my house administering the immune boosting IV within 3 hours of my first contact. She "stuck" me the first try and was gentle and kind. I woke up with more energy, and my symptoms are improved from yesterday. I'm very impressed with Rapid Recovery Tyler, and would recommend them to anyone needing an IV.

Susan was great and explained everything so we would be prepared and no surprises. We had a nice relaxing time in a room to ourselves during our treatment. We loved the heated blankets and snacks!

My experience was very good. They were knowledgeable about their services. Took the time to go over what my needs were, and the service was above average.

I went to Rapid Recovery yesterday morning after I woke up with a terrible migraine. The ladies at the front were so warm and welcoming and they took me back to the migraine room right away and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend!

Thanks to the Rapid Recovery location in Tyler just off of South Broadway near my home, I got back to work quicker after a stomach virus hit me. The Lagniappe hydration package along with a B12 shot got me back on my feet and feeling so much better. Every nurse that I have had during my visits has been exceptionally nice and very professional. Thanks again, Rapid Recovery! I will be back soon!

I work construction and it's hot and I swear like mad.i been hearing it on the radio and decided to go.it works great with oxygen.

Great Place and great customer care! I went in because I just felt really dehydrated and have recently spent a lot of time in the sun. After getting the treatment I felt energized and back to normal. I will definitely be back!

I went in for IV therapy after partaking in a little too many adult beverages the previous night:)
Toward the end of my IV I already felt more rehydrated, my headache was almost completely gone and I was not near as sluggish! Also within a few hours after I left I felt almost back to normal. The facility was very modern, clean and cozy! The employees Summer & Angie were both knowledgeable, kind and professional.
I will definitely be back!

I’ve looked into having infusion therapy for a while now, & my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! I don’t have any diagnosed medical issues to cause my symptoms of leg swelling, and I’ve spoken with my primary care doctor about it during wellness visits only to be told that it’s probably related to being on my feet all day & was prescribed a diuretic, but after months of trying compression garments & taking the new med, the swelling was only getting worse and the constant pain was getting unbearable. I finally had enough of the frustration and booked an appointment for Wednesday after work. Well, true to form, our schedule changed at the end of the day & I had to stay later than planned & was then running late for my appointment. I called the office to let them know I was late & figured that they would have me either reschedule or tell me that they would not be able to let me make appointments in the future. Ready to hear the worst & deal with it, I was surprised that the person who answered the phone was very pleasant with me and told me not to worry about it and advised me to go ahead and come in, that the nurse would be waiting for me. Wait, What? ! So I drove to their office & was met at the door by Brandy, she greeted me and took me back to a room to get started. I told her how sorry I was to be so late & she assured me that she was happy to help me and started doing all the check in process while she prepared me for the infusion. Fast forward to Friday morning and I had a follow-up appointment with my Sleep Medicine doctor who follows me for Narcolepsy, I told him about my experience with the infusion therapy and how the swelling in my legs was already almost completely resolved, it was actually almost gone immediately after the infusion. He advised me that he has another patient that runs a landscaping business and he has also raved about Rapid Recovery helping him & his crew survive the elements. It’s now Sunday, I’ve had the BEST SLEEP for the past 4 nights that I’ve had since I can’t remember, (because with Narcolepsy my brain doesn’t always know when it’s appropriate to sleep). He also changed my Rx for daytime wakefulness to see if I can take something that is less harsh on my system! Thanks Rapid Recovery and especially to Brandy, I have felt like a real human again️

Professional staff. Highly recommend! Traveled over an hour to visit clinic and believe me it was worth the drive. Will definitely be returning!
